Person taking order has poor listening skills. Ordered 2 Big Roast Beefs and told us sauce was barbecue when it should have... been au just. When we got home there was no sauce of any kind and the buns were burnt instead of toasted. There was a 4 inchdiameter disgusting looking piece of probably overcooked meat. 2nd time trying Hardee's. 1st time waited 20 minutes and chicken sandwich was not great. 2nd time went through drive thru at 10:... 27 and was told I couldn't order lunch because they don't start until 10:30 but had to wait 10 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. Read more
Stopped in the drive thru and we both ordered the chicken strip meal...we were told to pull forward to wait for fresh... strips...awesome???? after waiting 10 minutes the lady brings out all of our food , including fries upside !down!! NOT OK! Iwent inside to ask for fresh fries and was greeted by a young friendly lady who apologized abd was in the midst of giving us newfries when the lady who brought our 1st order out ,, asked what SHE was doing??,,, when she told her she said "there was F-----Gnothing wrong with the fries!! Returned to the car with the new order only to find out after we pulled out that they hadn'tgiven us our BBQ, ketchup ranch or even napkins,!!! WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!! Read more

Glad to see this place come back together, I used to come here often when I was younger but had lost the allurement when the... quality went down. The chicken sandwich was very fresh moist and tender. The waffle and sauce was a great flavor combinationtoo. The curls and fries were the perfect blend between crispy and soft centered. Read more
Very convenient freeway access. It was not busy. The staff was friendly and efficient. Food was correct and good.
Decent place and nice staff. Air conditioning and bathrooms are available. There?s drive-through indoor and outdoor dining. Good... food, but maybe a bit pricey but the burgers are a good/decent size for the price. Read more
Went to drive thru stopped in the parking lot to eat and everything was cold curly fries were not done!! I asked for ketchup... and got none !! Get it together guys !!! Read more
