I ordered a QP w/bacon meal on the app. When I pulled up, the order was correct on the screen. When I got to the window the... person who handed it to me said "QP meal?" - I said yes, thank you, and drove off. Got my large fries out if the bag and itwasn't a full order; maybe equal to a medium. Oh well, whatever. After finishing them (while driving) I reached for mysandwich but instead of a QP w/bacon I found two double cheeseburgers. ???????? So I called the restaurant to complain and wastold I should bring it back and they'll correct the order. I was ten miles down the road already! I asked for a manager andthe (very) young (sounding) lady said she was the manager. I asked for a coupon for a replacement meal, which she agreed tosend but, and this is why I'm giving one star, not once did I here "I'm sorry". No apology of any kind, just what seemed likerush to get me off the phone. Today's youth have no concept of customer service. Read more

Well run Mickey D's, same management year round which is nice to know, drive thru is always efficient. Never had any problems... other than them trying to close early like 9-10pm, but you really cannot blame them i adjusted and just go earlier if need be. Read more

I'm a motorcycle guy and enjoy trips out all over Wisconsin. Whenever we're in the Black River Falls area we often stop in for... coffee and maybe a sandwich here. This McDonald's is conveniently located and is always a good spot to stop for coffee and asandwich. Many of the McDonald's have been remodeled in The Last 5 Years and some of them are just basically a box with chairs.I'm not a fan of the new decore, or many of the new remodels. This one still has a nice atmosphere and decor in my opinion.People probably want something different than me, but I think it's a great stop. Read more

Can?t leave an online survey because I wasn?t given a code. Can?t call and complain because I?m assuming their phones are turned... off. I sent my online order at 2:10 and clicked the curbside option. Waited 20 minutes and nobody came out with my food but theother two cars that were there after I was got served. I walked in to figure out what the problem was, and there my food wassitting for who knows how long with a receipt that clearly stated it was for curbside at the spot I was parked in. So naturallymy food was cold. What a joke. Read more

No toilet paper for you! We stopped by McDonald's on Sunday morning for breakfast and a bathroom break while on a road trip... through Wisconsin. When I went to the restroom, I found there wasn't any toilet paper in the stall. The diaper changing stationwas also open and all of the paper was gone. I then went to the counter and asked a young man for toilet paper. He turned to ayoung woman coworker and asked her what happened. She told him she had forgotten to have it taken care of. Both she and theyoung man walked away without saying anything to me. I tried to get their attention again, but they ignored me. I waited untilafter breakfast to again check on the restroom and still found no toilet paper. I guess they expect you to bring your own toiletpaper. Read more

I've never been a huge fan of McDonald's but my kids have always loved it. The only thing I have ever really loved at McDonalds,... are their chocolate milkshakes. There always seems to be one issue or the next with the order, but it most certainly getsfrustrating when the problem could have been solved by a member of management admitting there was an issue and that there wasnot a way to fix it presently. I went to get a chocolate milkshake with one of the kids. I ordered a large chocolate shake andthey gave me a vanilla shake - clearly a difference. When I tried to give it back through the window a crew member shouted fromthe other side, no it's definitely chocolate, it's just lighter than usual. So I tried it, definitely vanilla. Went inside toexchange it for a correctly made chocolate shake, and they said the machine needed to be changed and it was going to be awhile. I threw away the milkshake and called it a day - it's not worth fighting for at this point and while it is just amilkshake...the frustration of this alone is to make me not ever want to go to this McDonald's again. Didn't get my money backand don't want to fight with the staff to make it right, just so disappointingly frustrating. Read more

Stopped to grab a takeaway breakfast. Messed up the order. Took order for shakes at first window but were told at second window... that they didn't have shakes. Offered frozen drinks instead that burst out through the lid and covered the kids/car. Took agesworking out the refund for the difference in the cost between shakes and coke. Very poor service. I walked in late hours approximately 9:15 PM. I waited in front of a register to be acknowledged for at least 5 min. My order... took about 5 minutes to make. I usually order something that has to be prepared fresh so I was ready for that. Food was hot whenit came out. The store was clean and fairly well organized. Read more
