This particular unit is very speedy and most of the time I don't have any issues with custom orders. To date they have had every... single order ready when they say they're going to. I've been here at least a dozen times and they've only overcooked my foodonce. Usually a good deal, as per the norm of little caesars. The staff is usually good over the phone, but sometimes the frontperson needs a little more training. It's always clean in there, and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. It's decent, recently the pizza has been sub-par. And more then half the time the pizza is not cut all the way through so it... rips other pieces apart. And with the pizzas being more expensive now, the quality should be raised with the prices. I can't goget a large pizza from dominos for the same price as one classic medium pizza there. Been years since I've had LC. Called ahead at 3:45pm to get the scoop on their hot and ready deals. Was told pizzas were ready... and the cheese bread would be up at 4pm. Walked in the door at 3:59pm and...no bread. What should have been a two minute inand out turned into a 20 minute wait. The food was about what I expected (for cheap pizza) but was pleasantly surprised withthe wings. Overall...slightly below average due to the wait. Read more
I've eaten Pizza from Caesars in Blackfoot on several occasions and never had any problems. They're usually decently quick and... I've never had problems with order mess ups. But I just called the restaurant and never had anyone pick up. I called about sixtimes. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. Read more
the food is good the pizza quick the service is iffy. you have a hard time getting someone to answer the phone for a call in... order. I called three times and let the phone ring for over 2 minutes each time before I got someone to pick up the phone totake my order. then the noise level is so high they can not hear you to take your order and you must repeat it to get it rightand pray that you where understood. pizza roulette is played here. I used to say that Blackfoots little ceasars was the best pizza in the world because they didn?t slack on the cheese or sauce... and had the perfect amount of crust. Lately it?s hard to find the crust and there?s hardly any cheese? Read more
Tonight I picked up little Caesar?s and as me and my girlfriend are eating she says ?is that a hair? and IT WAS!!! and it wasn?t... our hair and I know this because I recorded a video of me pulling the hair and it is cooked inside the cheese and crust. Soooogrosss!!!! NO STARS AND VERY DISAPPOINTED!! People will wear a mask to protect against covid but won?t put a hair net on??????????????? I had to put a 1 or else I couldn?t post. ???? Read more
Service was okay. I had to wait a while for someone to come to the counter to help me. Then they messed up my order. I... ordered 3 pizzas, at least I thought I did. One Canadian. Bacon and pineapple, and two sausage and pepperoni. I received one pizza with all four toppings on it. If you just want the hot and ready pepperoni it is good, Anything special....not so good.
