Wrong order via an online request. Service at this location has never been good.
On yesterday, I entered the establishment with no employees visible. Two came from the back and i asked if they would change... there gloves. One went to a corner where he claimed to change gloves. I asked if he?d changed them and was met with an ?I did?and a neck roll. After telling him that I was checking again. He to me ?You act like you own the place.? After reporting him tothe manager who was still outside with her boyfriend, I asked for the owner?s phone number. She made excuses for him and toldhim she didn?t know what happened and she would talk to him. Hence, she didn't believe my version. I will never revisit thislocation. This place has the best subs and the staff always says hello I love this spot there's no other like it.
If i could a zero star I would but unfortunately it is not an option. I placed a mobile order in the app during my lunch break,... got there at the ETA and my sandwich wasn't ready until 20 minutes after i had arrived! In the app i told them to not put anyred vinegar or oil and when I finally got my sandwich it was drenched in both! There was literally 5 men inside I don't know whyit took so long the worst part was I only had 10 minutes to eat this soggy sandwich do not go here! Read more
Walked in to get a sub. Sorry can't do hot subs, we got a delivery. I am tired of can't and excuses. I'll spend my money... elsewhere. Guess they have enough business to say NO.
