Service was nice but slow due to staffing shortages. Wings were very light on the sauce and the side of sauces were only 1/4... filled. Swing by for a beer and food but be prepared to set expectations as many establishments are dealing with these types ofchallenges following the pandemic. Read more
Wingfest! I love Buffalo Wild Wings overall wing options. This time went with two of my favs, Thai Curry and Parmesan Garlic. ... Neither are on the burning ring of fire list but tasty nonetheless. Also had the cheese curds this time around to complete thetrifecta of bad heart health choices:) This particular BWW was surrounded by construction at Virginia Tech so a PIA to get tobut managed to get parking without any major issues. Jan 2020 needed cheese curds. Yum. I need medical help for my curds addiction.. also wanted to watch the arsenal match but the... seats were under the tvs ????. The wings are so expensive, 9.99 for a snack size when Bull and Bones are $6.99 for a small thathas almost 2X more wings, and taste better. Aug 2019 terrible service. Stuck us at a table, turned on the match on the TVstraight up above us. Least they had curds this time. Remember a few years ago when they would put the audio on? (Otherlocation across the parking lot) ... Not anymore. the 2000 blaz rewards have expired, bummer. Says 6 months but it's onlybeen 4... April 2019 called and gave them feedback. Updating to 2 stars. Being a regular here for 3 years for Sunday premleague games we had "our table" and loose recognition but staff turnover and supply chain changes (they ran out of curds??) Seems to have taken a toll. It is a good place to get fired chicken wings and thighs in Blacksburg. A lot of TVs for football, basketball and boxing game... watching. Service was a bit slow. We went there at around 1 pm and waited for ~10 min to be seated, it also took about 20 minto be served with the ordered food. Instructions can be added to the menu to tell customers how to order. We were puzzled abouthow to pair wings with sauces at the beginning. Spicy garlic sauce tasted more like Buffalo sauce with a strong shot ofsourness. Honey sauce was good. Read more
My fiance and I live about 15 minutes away from this location but we used to enjoy dining in and ordering takeout. These days we... don't order as frequently because it seems that the service has gone downhill. The few times we've ordered something is alwayswrong. There have been a couple of times they completely gave us someone else's order. Once we just ate what we could and threwthe rest away and another time we were issued a refund, which I appreciate but kind of had to beg for. The food is usually goodwhen it's right, a little quality control would go a long way. If I order from here again which will be a while from now, I willlook through every item I order before I leave the restaurant!
