It took them 45 mins. To make a medium Hook and Ladder. Only 2 people ahead of me and several take out orders. They had 4 people... behind the counter and the one that made my sandwich made me cringe as his hair was curly and everywhere. My sub was cold and Ilive about an hour from there so I waited to warm it up before eating it. By far, the very worst Firehouse I have ever eaten andif I find a dang hair in this sun because I haven?t made it home yet to eat it - I will have more to say. DON?T USE THEIR APP! The app is extremely hard and confusing to use. I placed an order today around noon. The pickup time... suddenly changed from 12pm to 8.30pm when I checked out. I tried to cancel the order and I thought I succeed, yet I didn?tchange anything at all after I checked it later. Read more

Unfortunately this will not be our usual good review for Firehouse Subs. During my phone order I specifically asked that they... bag the orders separately because they were going to 2 different places and provide extra pickles for each bag. When my husbandpicked up the order it was in one bag and he just left that alone. However there were only 2 pickles for 4 people so he wentback and complained. The guy said he couldn?t remember which sandwiches were supposed to be separate so he decided to puteverything together and apologized that there were only 2 pickles and gave my husband a few more. Hubby delivered tosandwiches/pickles to my parents and then brought ours home. As you can see by the attached pictures our ham sandwich only hadham in the middle of the sandwich with nothing on the end except for a tiny bit of mayo (we asked for extra mayo) and a tomato.So not only did Firehouse dropped the ball in service they didn?t do very well with the food either. Came in at about 8. 3 employees working, and maybe 3 other people in the store. It took 45 minutes to get 2 sandwiches, and... about 5 other orders came in after us and got food before us. One employee made himself a sandwich, then took his break. Iunderstand breaks need to be taken, but 40 minutes wait with maybe 7 orders is ludicrous. The most grating part is the employeegetting his food and eating it before we got ours. Food good,service beyond terrible. Read more
