Love, love, LOVE this place!! The staff is super caring and sweet. The prices are a bit up there, but the portion sizes... definitely make up for it. My go to is always a chocolate chunk cookie with a scoop of their sweet and salty ice cream! Keep inmind though, they are cashless, so make sure you have a card or Apple Pay when you go in. Read more

This is the best place to get cookies in the town. I have been coming here for the past five years and never disappoint. I tried... a double chocolate cookie with a scoop of chocolate ice cream, and it was so good! The cookie was perfectly baked, thick, crispyoutside, and chewy inside, and the ice cream tasted flavorsome. Delicious cookies at an unbeatable price! I can't say enough about this place! The cookies are fresh and just to die for! The salted caramel probably my favorite cookie... on the entire planet! It is chewy and packed with carmel chunks. Every cookie I have tried has been top notch and that includedthe peanut butter cookie I had today that my husband ordered and I don't even like peanut butter! Today they were out of a fewoptions due to a delayed shipment but these guys are great and the staff were so friendly we were still able to satisfy oursweet tooth! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ZERO STARS. Don't expect what you actually ordered to be delivered. And don't expect them to make it... right for you. I never actually received the FULL quart of ice cream that I wanted after I was delivered four sad scoops of icecream in the bottom of a quart sized container. They merely refunded me after a whole lot of back and forth and snippy attitudefrom the employee, who refused to let me speak with a manager and put me on hold for 10 minutes. I emailed the third partycustomer service and they sent me a link for "three free cookies" for my frustration. However, the fine print requires a minimumonline order of $6 and has to be delivered, so plus taxes, delivery charge and tip would be another $10 order for my "freecookies"... but what they don't understand is that I'M NEVER ORDERING FROM INSOMNIA EVER AGAIN. Im giving 4 stars because I dont want to hurt their rating but the delivery said it would take an hr. Okay np but then after an... hour and a half I look outside and see my cookies. Nobody ever let me know that the cookies got here, didnt knock or anything.Maybe it was doordash, maybe it was their delivery person but you need to call or text people and let them know that their"warm" cookies are sitting outside. My cookies were cold by the time I got to them and the brownie was rock hard and inedible.So maybe I got the B team idk what happened but I wont be ordering again. Read more
