Slow, terrible and old food. The pie I had was outdated by more than 3 hours. I understand that maybe you didn?t make any until... I ordered but if your food cost is so poor that you in fact don?t even have make fresh food when it?s ordered and serve piesthat are over 3 hours old? what about the rest or the food there?! Oh that?s right!! The tea was absolutely disgusting. Likesoured from 3 days ago!!! Those urns MUST BE WASHED!! If you don?t want to wash the urns and let?s be honest!! Some hotter thannot water and some soap and a quick wipe will actually do the the trick!! So the fact that that?s not even getting done says thecontainers you?re making food in are also not properly getting cleaned and it makes me wonder HOW DOES A FAST FOOD PLACE MAKE ITLIKE THAT?! I will NEVER eat there again and I will warn people about the food and conditions things were in. I wouldn?t want mychild consuming that so no one else?s child should either!!! It?s McDonald?s. You?re going to get exactly what you expect. They Blacksburg location always gets my order right and has good... deals on the app. Just don?t between 12:00-1:00 PM they?re usually slammed. Also avoid going late night. Read more
This is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Tell me how I sat in the drive thru just now for 5 minutes eventually... saying ? hello ? hoping to get my order taken, just to be told to wait a minute. I had been waiting. No one said anything. Iregularly am missing items from my order/or have none of my customizations done. Don?t come here unless you plan to waste timeor not get what you paid for. Read more
Pretty solid food, but it can get really busy sometimes because of its proximity to the Virginia Tech campus. I wish it was open... a bit later, but other than that it?s not a bad McDonalds. Went around 10pm. Wanted a chocolate shake, couldn't have one. Was told they were out. Ordered the Mango and Pineapple... frosty/smoothie with large fries and 10 piece chicken McNuggets. Cold nuggets and fries. Was disappointed about that. Frosty/smoothie was "eh." Wasn't worth the price or the ride. Not going back. Read more
