Sushi, at a very basic level, is rice mixed with rice vinegar and usually some type of sugar. The sushi we ordered was just…... rice. It wasn’t rolled very tightly and kept falling apart. To add fuel to the dumpster fire that is the food from this shop,we had to wait 45 min longer than they said it would be ready. I didn’t find it appetizing or fresh tasting at all. Anyone whowants sushi in this town should try ANY of the other establishments, but I especially enjoy the authenticity and flavors ofSushi Factory in the NRV mall. Anyone giving this place more than 1 star has apparently never eaten actual sushi. Read more
I have eaten here a few times and have only ever take the poke bowls, so I cannot comment on anything else. I think the food is... excellent and the prices are reasonable. I'm a little worried because the location is not great and restaurants do not seem tothrive there, but I hope this place sticks around. Read more
The Mavi roll I had last night was filled with fried shrimp, crab, and cucumber. It was larger than I was expecting, and the I... loved the quiet atmosphere, along with the booth for larger gatherings. First, I should probably start by saying that the food is absolutely amazing. My husband and I both got Poke Bowls along with a... Sushi Roll and everything was exceptional - will definitely be eating here again! I usually don’t post reviews, but I feltinclined to leave one here not because of the food, which still warranted praise, but because of the service. Impeccable. Ihadn’t had such a spicy Poke Sauce before and so I decided to order a new Bowl rather than try to handle it. They were SOextremely kind and got me a new bowl - at no charge - without the Poke Sauce. Not a bad spot for a quick bowl or roll, however I am not sure if I would go back if I’m in town. The ervice was good and the... employees friendly. The spicy tuna roll was average and the shrimp bowl was not as flavorful as I would have liked, but you cantell they are trying hard and they offered to make a new bowl for me.
