I heard good things about this place but was honestly disappointed. The food was average and it took forever to get it. I got... the shrimp and chicken rose dish and only got shrimp, my wine had three fruit flies in it, and our food took and hour and ahalf. The man at the front couldn’t make any explanation on why or food was taking so long. Our server also added gratuity toour large party’s bill without letting me know, and I ended up tipping him on top because I was unaware, and saw the largecharge afterwards. I’ve recently eaten at their restaurant several times and used them for event catering (twice in one week actually). I had the pasta special. The homemade pasta was great. The flavor was great. The complaint I have is the fresh tomatoes in... the dish were hard, pink and no flavor. This is unfortunate because there is a local vegetable farm not even a mile away thatsells amazing tomatoes “Glade Road Growing”. Right now they are selling tomatoes in bulk. Read more

I ate here in 2018 and thought it was good, so I brought the family on an overnight. This was a disappointment. All of the items... we ordered appeared to be frozen before cooking. Big indicators: bland food; calamari available as an appetizer, but not in thefettuccine di mare; and rubber texture for pasta. This isn't an accusation, it's an observation. For the menu prices, thisshould all be prepared fresh. Maybe this place is different when school is in session, but that's not a good businessjustification. I do not recommend this place. My daughter Meghan chose Zeppoli's for her Fall 2021 Graduation from VT, so the night was special for us. We had 10 guests and 9... different meals plus appetizers and drinks. Our waitress Makenzie was spot on perfect!!! Even though a reasonable gratuity wasincluded in the bill for the larger group I gave her additional $$$ because she is that good. Each entrée delivered to theright person with no hesitation on remembering who ordered what. All of the food was delicious and hot. Thank you chef andkitchen staff! Everyone in our family was more than happy with their meal and my daughter said it was the best Gnocchi she everyhad. We were in town for a long weekend. This by far was the best meal we had. Everything was fresh and tasted great. The gnocchi... was light and airy. The olive bread was good enough to order a second loaf and the salad was crispy. Highly recommend if youare looking for a great family meal. Read more
