Worst place to order pizza because they do not have any customer service. First they gave us uncooked Garlic Twist and when we... called then they said that bring it back and we will have new properly cooked garlic twist ready. When I went there that timethey pretend that no one called and they asked me that can they put same in oven again and get cooked properly instead of havingnew one ready. I waited over 10 minutes and I received my same garlic twist back and unfortunately they cooked that in cinnamontwist tray or paper and make that even worst. Read more

Please don?t give your business to these people. Plenty of nicer dominos to purchase from locally. I?ve been calling for months... trying to reach the staff. First the manager said I had to talk to the district manager. I waited almost 2 months, checking backin every 10 days. Never called me back to resolve this. The manager now won?t call me back and dominos corporate says since it?sa franchise they can?t do anything. Unbelievable. Ordered 2 pizzas last night which were good don?t get me wrong but they estimated time of delivery to be 45 mins to an hour... which in my head meant I had time to get busy with my wife. First order they messed up, gave them a 2nd chance. BIG mistake! Jammed the dipping sauce in the pizza, the cheese was on the... box more than on the pizza. Never again. Clementon is much better than the Turnersville site. Read more
I ordered today 4 pizzas, The cheese pizza were fine but there is no taste, and the two buffalo pizzas that I uploaded the... pictures is disgusting the amount of hot sauce was too much and you can?t even eat them because the cheese is mixed with thesauce Which make it hard for the cheese to stay on the top of the pizza, horrible driver Eric so rude and unprofessional but thegood thing the lady on the phone she is so polite and respectful and she refunded me my money so I appreciate that, thank youso much to the lady but no one else. Went in to pick up my order and the experience wasn?t like any other Domino?s. There was nobody at register and two people were... busy talking to each other on the side. The person behind the oven finally told them to attend the customer after 3-5 minutes ofwait. The staff didn?t seem too interested that someone was at the register to pick up. Also, pizza wasn?t made per the orderand inner top section of pizza box had more cheese than the pizza itself.Won?t be going to this location again. Read more
I ask you this question: What is customer service? My 78 year old mother called your Turnersville location, and nobody picked up... the phone, and after 13 minutes of being on hold , I decided to drive her to this location to order a pizza at the counter forher while she waited in my car. I addressed the 13 minute wait, and the response I received was "my bad", and then I was told: "YOU HAVE TO ORDER FROM THE APP". Did you just read that? Hmmm: what is customer service? From my past customer serviceexperience at a pizza shop/restaurant, the phone call would have been answered, and then, only if the phones were notoperational, would a genuine empathetic apology for the inconvenience in a professional tone would of been issued at the veryleast. In addition, the customers order would have been taken at the counter and THE SALE manually entered in the computer toavoid any further inconvenience of additional time wasted ordering through an inefficient Dominos APP. What's inefficient aboutit? It sent the order to another location, even after I entered Turnersville NJ 08012 location. One of the Dominos employeescame over to their computer, canceled the order, and then entered my order manually. They couldn't do that when I first arrivedand wanted to order at the counter?? I waited for my order while my mother watched in horror as the employee making the foodscratched his nose and face over the pizza he was making, and didn't use gloves while making her food. Wawa, Chipotle, etcmandates that their employees wear gloves. I guess Domino's chose not to be sanitary? This is completely unacceptable. Iadvised my mother to call Angelo's Pizza next time. From my experience, they do not have a problem answering their phones, beingsanitary, and applying genuine customer service. Read more
