Zero stars! Terrible coffee, food with hair in it! And you even get the wrong food?! They 9 1/2 out of 10 do not have... ingredients, napkins or straws?. Lol!? So they give you want they want, without asking you?. Just awful the worst, not toinclude how dirty the store is. Bad service from manager to drive thru person. I would give zero stars if I could. I went to Dunkin Donuts today and got a strawberry lemonade refresher only to find there?s... some type of centipede floating in my drink. I will NEVER return to this location ever again. Read more
Dirty, dirty dirty... bathroom and store...while waiting, a trash bag was being changed, trash was falling everywhere, as the... previous bag was not put in properly, to be sure that all the trash was removed from the bottom of the can it was banged on theshelter in which the can is housed, startling anyone who was not expecting such a noise. The floor was swept to clean up thetrash that had fallen but wonder if it were mopped to clean up the noticable puddles in the vicinity. Read more
Stop by practically every morning on my way to work. They are a good Dunkin? so use the app if your in a rush. Line builds up... occasionally during peak morning hours but it always moves at a good pace. Read more
???? 2/19/22 approximately 8:15am indoor open for pick up and dinning, bathrooms open, steady stream of customers, short wait,... well maintained but could be cleaner. ??? 1/5/22 approximately 1:30pm visit for coffee. Located in "The Shoppes at GloucesterTownship" on the Black Horse Pike. Easy parking lot to navigate, indoor open but no indoor dinning, bathrooms closed, no lines.Only 1 of 2 area Dunkins that I have visited where there was no indoor dinning and closed bathrooms. I honestly have never had a good experience going to this location. I have been overcharged on multiple occasions, or I have... been given the wrong change and had to start counting myself to make sure it is right. They are constantly ?out of items? and I have to drive to another dunkin that seems to always have what I want. I am just all around unsatisfied and it is not a locationI would recommend to anyone.
