As always that lady in deli overnight wearing a literal freaking shower cap was as rude as she always is. Waited 20 minutes... with her not to speak a single word to me, just for her to start working on the order after waiting for something tocook. Awesome experience every visit. Read more

Terrible experience , I?ll be taking my service else where. I live by this location so I?m at this location often and usually... have to speak to the person making my order due to the fact I have kids and they are very peculiar . If your paying for yourorder you should be able to ask for specifics and the person that?s not even making it shouldn?t catch an attitude bc they haveto do their JOB. From the time I walked up (THE SANDWICH LADY) walked over and felt that she had to make my business hers . Andshe was very aggressive and rude despite I had my kids with me . And as I talked to her she rudely started to sing to block meout. A little fyi this is not your business to even bring down this location, customers shouldn?t feel uncomfortable because ofone person. The other lady was super nice along with the manager ?Peter?and all other staff. As she seen me ask for him, shestarted watching me and laughing than she started talking on the mic about the situation. Super ignorant , and very low. Wawasit?s time to do better with the ?people? you bring in if you want your business to expand. Hopefully someone else does not feelthe way they mad me feel at this location. Read more

Today I made a purchase at this Wawa and I thought I was overcharged at the register. (I bought a few drinks that were on buy... two for 2.50 sale.) I already left the store so I called the store and Nikki Hickman assisted me. Even though I did not have thereceipt she was able to help me. She called me back in under 15 minutes to confirm I was not overcharged. It was a relief andpleasant to be helped so efficiently. I appreciated it since I didn't need to return to the store. The girl at the counter is not friendly at all. I get to the counter and say ?hi how are you? with a smile and she looks at me... with a straight face. I ignore it. After I?m all rung up, I say ? thank you so much? and looks at me with another straight face.I don?t know how you work in customer service and you can?t have a simple manners. Read more

Quick service. Great food. The only problem I saw was that the cashier Brian..his armpits always stink. Update..I was in the... Wawa today and as soon as you open the door and walk in it smelled like bad body odor. Once again the cashier Brian didn?tshower. The whole store smells. What can be done about this? Read more

Coffee is inconsistently not as fresh or hot let alone Luke warm at times. When asked which is the freshest pot, the response is... ?they?re all fresh? however the temperature feels more like an hour or two ago. Unfortunately wawa coffee isn?t hot and freshlike it used to be. I hope management makes appropriate changes. Good luck to everyone. Read more

After the recent remodel it looks clean but empty. It seems like they carry less than they used to and it's not arranged as well... for some reason. Should have just left it the way it was. Or better yet gone back to classic Wawa when they had a deli that cutmeats fresh to order. Read more
