I lived in SJ for decades. When did the meat in the hoagies become so utterly bland and flavorless? I moved away from the area... some years ago but always look forward to a hoagie form Wawa? but something has clearly changed since my last one a couple yearsago. The meat lacks any flavor. An Italian hoagie should literally be bursting with flavor. It tasted like a Cheese sandwichwith vegetables on a good roll. I probably ate 1000 hoagies from Wawa growing up? so either my experiences were wrong this wholetime or something changed. And I think it?s the latter. It didn?t help my order #485 at 11:15 pm was totally lacking in pepperor oregano I requested. Really going to think twice spreading the Wawa story out in Michigan after this. Dirtiest Wawa that I've ever been too. Tried to use the restroom for my daughter and looks like toilet hasn't been cleaned in a... long time. Went to wash her hands and entire sink is filthy. Didn't purchase anything and never plan on coming back. Manager wasnotified. Read more
Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered 1 smoothie and they were filling the orders of people that came in after me before... mine. 1 person behind the counter and not 1 employee offered to help fill orders as there were 10 people waiting. After standingthere for 10 minutes i got a refund and left. This is like the third day in a row I've seen employees hanging out joking and doing their thing. Meanwhile the register is... backed up with only one open, I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my food and ONCE AGAIN they haven't refilled their energydrink section. And it's not because of "low inventory" because yesterday it looked exactly the same. For all the time theseguys have to flirt behind the food counter, you would think they'd get some work done. If I could give this place no stars I would. The only people that I would give five stars to would be the gas crew! I called so... many times about how rude their cashiers are or how rude the people working behind the counter to make your sandwiches are.There is no reason that people that look a certain way are allowed a simple hello and have a good day. Every time that I come inthere the cashiers never greet me and they always start a conversation with someone else when it's at the end of thetransaction. The last thing I wanted to do was write a bad review for a Wawa however this particular Wawa unless you look likeyou belong in that City of Gloucester Township AKA Blackwood don't bother going in. Because they're going to treat you funny.They do it every time. I have been coming to this Wawa to get gas in a work vehicle so sometimes I run inside to grab lunch andother various items.
