So I am in one line and then told to get in the other line... REALLY!??? AFTER ALL THE CARS BEHIND US HAVE FINE? There was no... indication that the line was closed or not working. No sign , No cone no indication that there was something that prevented usfrom being in line. If my kid didn't want these fries I wouldn't be here. I don?t normally leave reviews at all really but I try to give a place more than one chance before I form an opinion. but I... don?t think I will be retuning ever again. The first time here wasn?t as bad compared to the second time, I maybe waited closeto 10 minutes before I was greeted by an employee, no apology for the wait or anything from her but ok, that visit wasn?t thatbad compared to today. I?ve waited over 15 minutes before I just walked off. I?ve knocked on the walk up window a few times. Noacknowledgement from the few employees I did see. Not one of them came to the window or even looked in my direction which tellsme I don?t matter to them, if I can?t even get a greeting at least. If I was told about a time limit wait or a ?we?ll be rightwith you?, the wait wouldn?t have been as bad because I at least would have saw that my time was valuable to them. The walk upwindow is useless it seems but I want to compliment them on the drive thru times because they at least kept that line movingpretty swiftly. Read more
Only 1 lane open, they should atleast have a sign or acknowledge customers to go onto the other lane.
6/12/2022 Absolutely disgusting food and experience? was given cold food twice after returning it the first time. Low class... establishment with low class employees. I never leave reviews like this but this establishment truly earned this review. TheBurger King down the street gives excellent service with food quality to match. Not always the best customer service but the food is always hot an fresh when I order. They could gain more business if they had... more cheap specials! They need to spruce up the outside appearance to make it a little more inviting an less gloomy, as wellpower wash it as well because you can see the dirt buildup on the building an ground when you walk up. All in all they stillone of my favorite places for a quick hot good meal on the go!! Read more
These folks work hard. Be nice to them. The food is fine if you eat it rarely but don't tell my cardiologist.
