Terrible service! Delivery took almost two hours due to "Delivery driver shortage" This unacceptable, especially when the place... is a 5 minute drive from my house! I would have been better off walking to pick it up, which I shouldn't have to do late a nightwith a 6 year old...which is why I paid for Delivery!! The food quality that my children received tonight was completely unacceptable. I have been ordering papa Johns for quite... sometime and I am highly upset that I was served pizza that was as thin as a piece of paper and as hard as a brick literally.Quite concerning that a restaurant chain would send food of that caliber out of their establishment. Waited over an hour, delivered to wrong address no call no text. Manager apologized, offered a free credit on my account. Told... it would take another hour to get my order. Canceled and said no thanks. Do yourself a favor and stick with the area Dominoes. Read more
I went to order a large count of pizzas for my son's birthday. I ordered it for 6pm and it came early! All the kids were so... happy. Ed was so very polite to me and even told my son happy birthday. Autumn, the women who took my order also added abirthday card saying happy birthday from the papa John's family. Customer service was beyond excellent. Pizza ordered at 7:15 approximately to be delivered at 8:10. They changed it to 8:27-8:37. It's 9:01 and still no pizza yet it... was marked delivered. I'm 1.8 miles from the store and during my 18 minute call with the store they said he was on his way. Ilive 8 minutes away. Not once did the manager offer to refund the delivered fee, dessert or the pizza. Called again. Femaleemployee called driver and said 10 minutes till it arrives. Then she HUNG UP ON ME. Worst experience ever at Papa John's. The entire crew are confused and have no idea of what they are all doing. I called in to... place an order, I arrived at the location 20 minutes after, I was told that the pizza had not been made( can you imagine), I wastold by one one crew members that it will be ready within the next 15 minutes, I walked in 20 minutes after and they stillcouldn't provide me with my order. I met two other customer complaining bitterly about how poor their service is. While waitingin my car, I saw a couple of other customers leaving the store empty handed and looking extremely disappointed. I had to leavejust like other customers empty handed after wasting over 45minutes. They all have to be retrained otherwise, the business willcollapse within the shortest period of time...
