Not sure how this store got a 4 star rating. Been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks. First time, cold chicken sandwich and Luke... warm fries, 2nd time , even colder (didn't think that was possible) chicken and hot fries. 3rd time (don't ask me why I went a3rd time. I'm still trying to figure that out.) Cold chicken/cardboard sandwich and Luke warm fries. Save your money and go tothe gas station and get your lunch it'll be hotter and probably cheaper. Had a pretty big order! Was super impressed with how quick they got everything ready! Staff were friendly and polite!
We went through this Arby?s drive thru. And the first line was ?Order when ready? no hello, or welcome. The tone the person... who was taking our order made us feel that he hated his job, and don?t appreciate we were there, and very rushed. Maybe asuggestion of a more welcoming person on the speaker greeting and assisting customers. Otherwise, The food was amazing andfresh, and we will return but hoping for a more welcoming experience! Their roast beefs are getting kind of sad with the amount of beef you get for the cost. The picture is a classic beef and... cheddar. It is mostly bun with an extremely small amount of cheese and arbys sauce. Read more
Arby's has always been a favorite fast food place for me. They are consistently good and everything I've ever had there was good... except recently that new hamburger (they've never had hamburgers before) was a yawner. The new Gyros on the other hand areawesome and as good as any you get at gyro shops. Let's not kid ourselves, this is fast food not fine dining, but it's as closeas you can get. Read more
