Ordered the Matcha Green Cooler with bubbles and it wasn't bad. They were supposed to include coffee jellies but didn't have... them in the first time. I thought it odd but since it was my first time ordering it, I didn't say anything and thought they werejust tiny. The second time I got it they said they were out of the jellies, which was probably what was what happened the firsttime and they merely didn't tell me. Not worth getting upset over the lack of coffee jellies, but worth noting that ifsomething is out of stock, being told about it is preferred rather than just making the drink without it and serving it. Asidefrom that minor hiccup, the atmosphere and staff are great. It's a very chill place. Read more
Very friendly staff! I had an issue with mobile order, and I assume the shift supervisor on duty helped me with my issue! She... was speedy, kind, and professional about the whole situation during a busy moment in the day. Very thankful for her help and forsuch great customer service. Read more

Robotic Service and a worker that holds onto the front of his mask, gross! If you frequent this location you're likely to always... be treated like a new customer. The weekday morning staff is very impersonal and has to ask you if you have "Perks" every time. Part of a coffee shop is the social aspect of it, I can make my own coffee at home. I enjoy Caribou Coffee but this locationneeds new management. Read more
