Don?t go on Saturdays. Bunch of inexperienced teenagers working there without proper supervision. I ordered breakfast at 10.27... before cutoff time end which is end at 10.30 am. I waited till 10.43 and go see manager which is another inexperienced teenagerher name is Ava if I am not wrong. Before I see her I went to another staff show the my mobile receipt and ask my order processbut she look at receipt and told me it?s on the way with out checking up order from her system or kitchen. It?s not thisemployee fault because they haven?t trained properly or hired by this place. Adult employees do very good job on weekdays butSaturday is bad day to visit them As we are humans we do mistakes but this not mistake. This is not trained well or hired themwell or both. Coffee cup literally had a hole on the bottom, now the cup holders in my new car have sticky coffee and smell all over them.... Also the lane next to me pulled up after I did, ordered way more food, and pulled ahead minutes after I even got the chance yetI was told to wait for some reason. Literally debated backing up and just pulling into the other lane just so I could order likenormal. Read more
I'm sad to see the service turn to machines. The unique part of chick-fil-a was always the human greeting you at your car and... interacting with you. Now it feels like any other fast food chain with nicer people. Food is always good, we were missing anitem in our to go bag and they remedied the issue with no problem. Read more
Friendly staff and the food was fast out to us. They forgot one of the sandwiches but were prompt at completing our order. They... were celebrating an anniversary so we got a card for a free sandwich at a later date. The store was clean and there was plentyof parking. Read more
Service is really bad they well mess up your order and still bring you the wrong food. Good luck waited for 30 minutes. Who... knows if they did something to your food, it?s Better to refund your money and never ever go back chick fil a again. Read more
Probably about an 90%+ chance your drive thru or curbside order will have some sort of issue. I have been frequenting this... Chick-fil-a location for a while and am now asking myself why I return. Slow service much of the time and I would be surprisedif the drive thru or curbside order actually was completely accurate; my orders are nearly always screwed up. I like Chick-fil-abut other Twin Cities locations are much better in both accuracy and speed. I sorta hate myself for coming back today. Well, Ifinally got my order 30 minutes after arrival and it was accurate and included some cards for free breakfast food next time.Iguess trying to drum up business in the mornings? Update: I went back today (9/16/22) hoping for a better result. No such luck.Much worse service, screwed up the order and then couldn?t get it corrected by the restaurant in a timely manner. Well, talk about a consistent slide downhill. Imagine placing a mobile order and seeing a ton of drive-thru and walk in order... get their food before you do. To top it off a fellow curbside order driver came about 10 minutes after I did and got their foodbefore me and the genius delivering almost gave me his order.
