We have been going here for years. We stopped going during Covid, for obvious reasons. Since restrictions have been lifted and... we returned, so many little things have changed that add up. They don't even carry French dressing for salads, service hasgotten worse along with quality of food and portions. Tonight was our last straw though... Our friend ordered fajitas and had somuch green peppers it was ridiculous, but not a single onion to be found, the server never even checked on our table until therest of us were finished eating to correct it, but her food was stone cold by then. I ordered off the 3 for 10.99 and the frieswere a kids meal portion. I went to use the restroom before leaving and none of the hand towel dispensers worked, I ended upusing my jeans. Makes me wonder if the employees wash their hands?! Don't know if we'll be back. It's sad being we wereregulars. Read more
The chips and queso were amazing as always, so were the egg rolls. The molten lava is a bit too sweet where it?s... sickening. Also over time they?ve really let up on the cleanliness. The spoons had remnants of food and the table was a bitsticky too. Read more
Peter's service started off strong tonight, quick greeting, got us our drinks and appetizer right away. When he dropped the... meals off he never acknowledged my nearly empty beverage or asked if we needed anything else. Never received a refill, neverchecked in on us after food was delivered, had to go track down my own to-go boxes. Food was tasty otherwise this would be2-stars. Read more
I took my wife for lunch here and it was meh. Probably not going back. First off there was about 6 tables occupied in the whole... restaurant. Our server Tony was super nice. He came took our order and got it entered. Food took about 25 minutes to get out. Mywife ordered the Cajun Shrimp Pasta and the Shrimp Fajita. My order was complete wrong, I ordered the Cajun Chicken Pasta and Ireceived the Chicken Fajita. Our server was willing to fix it however I didn?t want to sit there for another 25 minutes for onedish. So I decided to eat the Chicken Fajita. That was a bad idea, the rice on both of our dish was undercooked (hard) or thedishes have been siting so long under a heat lamp it just got ruined. Probably the worst dining experience I've ever had. Started by walking into the restaurant and the hostess was eating. I'm from... the restaurant industry so I know eating is limited so whatever free time you get, no harm no foul. The attitude though, feltlike she didn't want to be there. As we asked to be seated she gave a lethargic and annoyed attitude of working. initially theserver was fine. We got our drinks on time initially. We got our food in a relatively short time. I asked the server for napkinsand she nodded and just walked away and never came back. Also no utensils were brought. My friend ended up eating the mashedpotatoes and broccoli with the spoon he got from his chilli. After eating all his sides, he waited some more and finally endedup trying to cut his steak with the same spoon. I had to walk towards the kitchen for utensils and napkins. I also didn't getthe second part of my fountain drink until I asked for it at the kitchen. I was ignored after trying to flag the waiter downcountless times. It was so bad that the very fine woman next to our table had to tap the waiter on his back to vouch for myexistence. Do I blame the waiter? Partially, I also blame the hostess because she assigned 20 new people for one waiter also.Will not return. Will spend my time and money at a place that can at least pretend that they give a damn. Service was extremely slow with plenty of staff and few customers. I was 2/3 through my dinner before I got my drink. My wife... had the crispy chicken sandwich which she said would be better at Wendy's. Ribs were tasty, but gristly. Mexican Street corn wasthe best part.. Read more
Ordered the Pick Three Appetizers (Onion Petals, Cheese Curds, and Mango Habanero Chicken Strips). Chicken was very crispy and... the sweet/heat combination worked very well! Ancho Chili Grilled Salmon had a nice crispiness to the bottom side and a tasty,Southeastern style topping but, it was a little overcooked. My Dry Rubbed Ribs and Cheddar Jalapeno Sausage platter was verygood. Ribs were perfectly tender with a great post cook sear that gave the underside a nice, flavorful char! Loved the spice rubtoo. One of the best non-smoked ribs we've ever had. More savory than spicy. Needed a substitute for fries and bread andcheerfully received a great side salad in a chilled bowl and a generous amount of steamed broccoli. Really enjoyed our dinner! Read more
Chilis food has really gone downhill to the point I?d rather go to Applebees which I don?t care for much either. The best part... of chilis was the bartender and my $5 monthly special drink! Even though most drinks are premade here she was completely willingto hand shake them. Food was not good at all fiesta chicken was dry and tasteless, needed more pico or some kind of sauce on it.Chips were not what I remembered used to be thin warm and fresh made, not what we got this time. Bar area does have good tvs forwatching sports on. Kids meals which is what we went here for, the corn on the cob, and it was also tasteless and dry to thepoint corn was shriveled. Service was best part but not sure that is enough to make me go back. Read more
