If I could give 0 stars for my experience tonight, I would! Worst restaurant experience I have had in my 30 years of living!... First off, they were rude right off the bat when I entered to pick up my order. Then I get home and found a bunch of weirdstuff wrong. Starts with there was a legit OUTSIDE leaf, like a leaf from outside, a dead, crunchy, brown leaf, inside myburrito bowl.. it was NOT lettuce. I took a picture. Then ALL of the rice portions for all 4 meals were tiny, and it was crunchyand way under cooked. Also, my kids meals were suppose to be CHEESE quesadillas and they came with no cheese, they came withnothing on them. Literally just gave me grilled tortillas, for both kids meals! I also took a picture. And the beans in all ofour meals were also way dried out.. I will never eat at chipotle EVER again.. after an experience like this, it has completelyturned me away from the restaurant all together.. absolutely appalling! Generally I like chipotle however today was the worst I've ever had from this place. I ordered through door dash and when I... received my food which was within 20 mins of my order my food was cold like it had come out of the refrigerator and theguacamole I had ordered with my chips was completely brown and warm making it inedible in my opinion. The rice in the burritobowl was a bit underdone and the salsa that was put on was the wrong kind. Overall the worst experience from this chipotle I'veever had. Read more
DO NOT eat at this location!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Food was cold, the queso was thick because it was cold. The... flavor was at best so so. The portions were minimal, I ordered a bowl, I received less than a scoop of rice, when I asked formore I got the eye. The chips were the best part of the meal & they weren?t fresh. Read more
I waited to review this place because I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. I usually get the salad from Chipotle because I... love their salad dressing. But they were always out of the dressing, this time and last. Before I started the order, I hadasked the worker if there was any salad dressing. The lady said yes but when I came to rang out there was no dressing. If I hadknown I would had gone to the chipotle closer to home. Read more
When I got there they had ran out of chicken so I was forced to take the steak, because the other meat was looking dry. Granted... it was almost closing time but I believe you should have enough to run the store 30 mns bfr close. Or charge the customer forwhat they actually wanted, especially since as I was leaving team members came to fill their bowl with whatever was left over,if you sold me leftovers at least give me a discount for not having chicken but dry steak. The food here was good. They ran out of some items, sometimes that happens no big deal. I went in and ordered for myself and... picked up an order for my co-worker. I'm not sure how the online stuff works but they didn't have an item that was paid for.Again, not the end of the world. However, the staff here have left little to be desired. while the person making my food wasnice enough, the cashier was a bit on the rude side and not very friendly (no smiling, very short with me when I askedquestions, and when I asked for my co-workers order). Skip this location! I started eating here regularly a few months ago and only once have they not messed up my order. After... having them forget to add over half the ingredient to my salad and the manager acting like it wasn't a big and "just happens" Idecided I was not going back. I now drive three times the distance to the location on Central in Columbia heights and its beenmostly pleasant. Ordering online today I didn't double check where my order was being sent to and I ended up having to go backto the Blain location. How they can routinely mess up a salad that's on their menu is impressive. Read more
