What time does this store open? The door says 10:45am. Google says the same time. What I find strange is not the fact that they... opened the doors at 11am but that the staff (about six of them) sat down to eat while the doors where locked dtsring at all ofus waiting outside from AND did not have the courtesy to explain what happened. An explanation would have made a lot ofdifference. An apology to the almost 10 people waiting for your doors to open would have gone a long way. Read more

Might have just been the night, but the store seemed pretty chaotic. The poor kid working at the beginning of the line was left... to handle making everything as the line grew and the other employees scrambled around in the back. One of the shift leaders washollering about more support for the front, but nobody ever arrived. Whole process took longer than it should have because oneemployee was left to do everything. Ordered on app and it said order would be ready at 6:40 in Blaine. They had full staff and were running behind....way behind. I... did not walk out of there until 7:30. The associate at the counter did not treat customers coming thru counter or those of uswaiting for orders well. The counter staff finished their mini rush then stood around and did not help with pick up orders.Counter associate would not tell us how far they were backed up but a worker from the back did say they were about 30 min behindstill while delivering an order. If you could see how far behind your order was, that would be helpful. This is not the firsttime for this location to have this happen. I gave them another shot after a couple of months. I believe this location ismismanaged. I can pass two other locations on my way home from work and I will probably stop those places in future if thefamily wants Chipotle. Read more

Obviously careless staff at this location. There are way too many one star reviews. My daughter placed an order that was... delivered by Door Dash today. One burrito had the correct label but was not made according to the request, not even close. Ialso ordered chips and guacamole and the guacamole was just gross and should have been thrown away at the store and neverpresented to a customer. Guacamole that has been exposed to oxygen too long turns brown, mine was past brown and was gray!Ewwwww!!! To be fair, my daughter placed a complaint on the Chipotle app and received a quick response. Chipotle?s resolutionwas two free burritos and a message saying they would speak to the Blaine store.
