Bought four subs and one was completely wrong and they all had way to much mayo, the food would just slide out of the bread.
Bought my wife a tuna sandwich, 1/2 of the sandwich had no tuna on it. For the price we pay I expect the sandwich to be covered.... I was satisfied with my cold cut sandwich. With all the sandwich shop?s within a mile or so I will probably try another. Read more

Arrived at 12:30pm on a Saturday to find out this location is closed. Several other customers attempted to walk in the building... as well. Update this information on Google, as I and everyone else went to Jersey Mike's down the street. Read more
Placed an online order. Monies were immediately withdrawn from our account. Received an email stating order was being... processed. Waited HOURS for delivery. Called store, no answer. Called again, no answer. Called a different JJs and found outthat store had changed their hours and now close right BEFORE the dinner hour. Ends up our order was placed after they hadclosed. In a suburban hell of a shopping mall but the staff is pretty cool. And make good sandwiches. Their hours are frustrating... though. Probably because the staff isn't getting paid enough. Support them by helping raise the minimum wage. Jimmy or John isrich enough. Read more
I have ordered from this place several times for work. Today, I ordered online. Waited an hour and half for a work order. Never... got anything. Called the place, and they said they do not deliver to our address. They do. We have ordered MANY times before.When I tried to explain that we have ordered many times from there, the rude man on the phone basically called me liar and saidthat in his years of working there has never seen an order go there. I asked him what now? He said "nothing, we voided the orderyou will get your money back in a couple of days". So stupid and rude. Instead of calling and informing us, they decided to waitand not respond. I know there is a shortage of workers, but no need to be rude and make loyal customers out for liars; Its inyour system!!
