I tried again, no luck, another disappointment. I ordered the Imperial plate for $8.99. when we got down to the end of the hot... bar the only appetizers left looked over fried and old. I said I didn't want any. I was charged $9.29 at the check out. I wastold that it's more expensive to not get the appetizers. I was also told that there is no difference in the amount of food Ireceived. The entree with rice is the same weight I would receive if I ordered it without specifying Imperial first. Theyseriously charged me a higher amount for the privilege of not accepting the appetizer and throwing them out myself. Add thisexperience onto my last review where I had to throw out most of my lunch and I'm done. There are too many fast food restaurantsaround to keep being disappointed here. Read more
I stopped here just a little bit ago, since I was craving some Chinese food. Since I was in the area, it just worked out. This... is the only Leeann Chin that had a drive-thru. Yet, it was faster to walk in, especially with being a shorter line compared tothe drive-thru. Now even though there were plenty of options to choose from, I decided on sticking to asian noodles with somesweet and sour chicken and the chin dynasty. And finally I opted for the cream cheese wontons to have a snack, right than andthere. Now my meal was perfect for later. What I liked was how they didn't skimp out on the entree ingredients for my meal. Everything tasted just right and was really fresh as well. I love Leeann Chin, but this location is horrible! I ordered the coconut curry chicken noodle bowl and it's was disgusting. The... carrots were brown, and cut like the size of a pencil, the noodles were dry and the curry sauce had no distinctive flavor. Notto mention the staff were very cold, even when I was being friendly. I will never visit this location again. Read more
I ordered on Uber Eats and I had gotten the wrong order and I called the store they were so apologetic for the mistake. The... young man spoke to the manager and Literally delivered my order to my home. Thank you guys I really appreciate what you did forus. GREAT JOB!!! Read more
They were out of lemon chicken so I got orange instead, along with a lot of other stuff. Food for the most part was fine;... Nothing spectacular but eh, fast food. The employee working the drive-thru was very nice! Read more
I haven?t been to Leeann chin in quite a while. I remember how wonderful the food tasted. I ordered noodle bowls for my husband... and I. Fried rice with sesame chicken and some pot stickers. The sesame chicken was flavorless, dry, and grisly to boot. Thefried rice was bad, super dry and tasteless flavor. If was just very bland tasting all around. The pot stickers were somewhatdecent, a few were a bit burnt, but ok. I should have ordered fresh stuff. The staff was very friendly and were quick to fill myorder though. Freshly made during lunch hour. Not too busy. The food was not salty like other locations like Roseville location. Nice and... clean. The employees were friendly and fast so I can get my lunch in quick since I?m limited to one hour lunch. All theemployees smiled at me and that made the food taste better. Will come back again and I highly recommend it to others in thelocation who are looking for Chinese food. Read more
This location is always good and has fresh options. This location also has a drive-thru. If I go through the drive-thru I always... ask what the freshest items are and the workers always tell me without an issue. It's also in a great area for if you wanna getsome shopping done. Read more
