Every time I order from them through DoorDash they always forget my sauce. I swear I?m done wasting my money with them who wants... to eat tacos with out sauce this the second time they done did that. You won?t get me a third time. Very unprofessional drive thru experience. Ordered the food it was fine. But when I received the drinks, one of the drinks were... overfilled and ended up spilling everywhere in the car. So that was annoying to clean up/put the straw in. Literally had tobring the drink outside in order to put the straw in. When I received the bag of food, it was in a crumpled bag and of coursedidn't include the sauce requested or didn't even ask again. I don't really plan to go here again at least not for breakfast. When you go to Taco Bell, you want your food fast and the order correct. That wasn?t my experience here, to start with. The app... double charged me and one of the morning managers I spoke with told me I had to go through the app but I didn?t have an account,so I felt a little hopeless. Someone emailed me and told me they?d send out coupons, but I never got anything. I called and thestore and spoke with the Manager, Alex, who was the kindest person I?ve ever talked to at a TBell. He told me he had my back andto come on in and get this corrected tonight. I don?t normally leave reviews, and I gotta say I normally don?t complain whenmistakes happen because EVERYONE makes mistakes, but the way he went above and beyond to make sure I had a decent experiencewhen nobody else would listen to me spoke VOLUMES to the potential this man has and the quality of service he?s willing to give.If anyone important reads this, you have a good employee. I?m not just saying that because I got free food, but because I washeard, and the problem was corrected without making me feel like I was in the wrong. Review for the ?toasted cheddar? chalupa. This has to be the single worst item I?ve ever received from a fast food restaurant.... Stopped on a busy Saturday afternoon around 1:30 on the way up north for a quick light lunch at the drive thru. We tried their... Chicken Chipotle Melt for $1.49. Well-it was worth about that (1st 2 pics) and its presentation was a wreck? had to put it backtogether just to eat it. Taste and flavor were ok ?, we think it was probably over-microwaved Also ordered 3 soft chicken tacosthat ROCKED and were what you?d expect from Taco Bell! (See pic) We ordered Cinnamon twists, flavor was great, but they were notlong twists - more broken pieces.
