I did not participate in the hibachi, but experienced the dinning room. First this would be a great place for a party. A large... table was available for large parties (10+). Otherwise the hibachi is always great for a more intimate celebration. If you arenot there for a celebration, the surrounding g parties can get old fast. I do not say this as a Debbie-Downer, but because ahappy birthday song blasts through speakers throughout the restraunt. The tables are fairly close to the bar as well, meaningthe no conversation is truly private. The food did not stand out as anything unique or spectacular, and in the dining room itarrived a bit dry. My Girlfriend and I came here on a Sunday night for a little dinner date and it was lovely. Sunday is all day happy hour so the... drinks and food were all at a very affordable price. We had the new Takoyaki they just added to the menu and it was delicious!They were well cooked, the seafood was perfectly tender, not too much bredding, and the sauce was a perfect compliment asopposed to some places that drown them. The sushi is always good here as well, we personally enjoyed the eel and avocado rollthe most. My only real critique is that service was a bit slow, and that the Sapporo I got on tap was a slight bit bitter, whichindicates that they may need to do a deep clean on their taps that they haven't done yet... Ordered take out recently, loved your chicken wings and grilled squid. Ours kids and nieces devoured your chicken wings. Crunchy... rolls were delicious. I was craving grilled squid, and it was on point. I had Lychee Mojito and Martinis on different birthdayoccasion and they were refreshing and a perfect drink for a great friends get together. Tonight we ordered dinner for our... anniversary and it was a huge surprise to see happy anniversary with balloons and harts drawn on the bag. This place is a gem, located in the heart of Blaine. Each visit, I had a great experience and the food never fails to please and... satisfy. The first time I visited this location, I was very pleasantly surprised by their decor, especially in their outdoorpatio. It's the perfect place to grab a nice dinner and drinks with your friends. As I walked in, I was greeted right away bythe host, and everyone made me feel welcome during my visit. The servers stopped by often to make sure we had everything weneeded and made sure our experience was the best that it could be. I've tried many dishes at this restaurant, and I have yet tofind one that I dislike! Each dish is so fresh with such complex flavors, and each bite is heaven on your tongue. I definitelyhave to point out their fresh wasabi sauce that they put on their Scallop Crudo. It gives a little kick as it hits your sinusesand pairs so well with the scallops. The oysters are also amazing. They are extremely sweet and the ponzu sauce elevates it toanother level. I can't get enough of them! I believe they come in once a week on Mondays, so get them while they're fresh andavailable! I would recommend the baked mussels as an appetizer, because they are BOMB. Each bite is creamy and succulent, and itleaves you craving for more. Another dish I really enjoyed was their Shrimp Fried Rice. Every spoonful is filled with buttery,fragrant rice, and it is such a delight to eat. I haven't gotten a chance to try the hibachi yet, but it looks like so muchfun. Their chefs look like they really enjoy what they do, which makes the experience so much better for the customer. When theyare performing, their face lights up every time they see the customer smile.
