Atmosphere was my car cuz I was in the drive through... If I had been able to go into the store it looks like it and clean and... well kept.. got a 10 sack of burgers and a medium fry.. all of it was hot and delicious.... Best tasting white castle sliders I had. Tons of onions!!! But no matter what, you will have to wait on your order, even if your... on time or ordered 1 hour ahead of time. They give your order away if it gets too busy, first come first serve. It's a struggleevery place needs more workers. Read more
You got a three out of five because you do complete the order and people are there however they seem to not care what cheesy... want and just put American cheese on everything no matter your order and they apparently can't read the special instructions.But I guess since covid happened we should be lucky people still have the will to survive just low standards that's all Read more
Food was good, great in fact if you’re a White Castle fan. The Lobby was respectable, (a couple of tables were waiting on a... wipe down) I have seen much much worse. I almost put 4 stars for the tables, but being fair minded I saw only 3 employees. Onecooking, one taking orders and one packing them for drive through and counter. I love White castle however I was in line for over 40 minutes and had to leave without the meal to get to work on time. 5 stars for the food but zero for the service. I purposely ordered ahead on the app and was told the order would be ready in 30... minutes. I arrived in 40, giving them extra time to prep, just in case they were busy. My order was not even ready as they wereJUST preparing my order when I got there. Mind you, I already paid for my order on the app at the time of ordering, so of courseI'm gonna come and get my food. 20 minutes after arriving, manager said nothing to me. White Castle has been a part of my life since I was a kid. It's the "crave" that brings me back. And for years, White Castle was... the ONLY place to get those late night cravings filled. Well... after doing one of our shows last night, driving home, 3 of ushad cravings. We checked out Perkins, Denny's, Wendy's, and Taco Bell, but they were all closed at 2:30am. There was only ONEplace to turn to... it was well out of our way... but we had the "crave". The guys working were awesome and had good attitudesdespite what drunks they've been dealing with. 10 sliders and 3 desserts satisfied our cravings like no other place could have.We are grateful to White Castle. Giving 5 stars even though the experience wasn't ideal. This place got lit up crazy busy. I put in a large online order and... when I arrived, the dining room filled up with people. The guy in front of the line wanted to buy $100 in gift cards, apparentlytheir system can only handle $20 per transaction in selling gift cards.. The girl at the register tried to do more and it didn'twork, but it created holds on the customer's account which began a long debate on refunds for not completed transactions. Thestaff here handled all of it admirably and did their best which they usually do. Food was great as always! Read more
