The workers cannot get my order right. I?ve gone to this subway three times. I always get the steak and cheese. My order has... been wrong each time I?ve gotten it at this location. The first time it didn?t have any condiments, the second they forgot mychips, and the third they didn?t even toast it after I specifically asked for it to be toasted. They consistently mess up my order. Not just part of it. The whole thing. I always get 4 sandwiches. How do you mess up every... sandwich? For todays treat, I got frozen chicken on the wrong bread. I'm sure that's a health violation. I'll drive a half hourto the maynardville location from now on. $50 wasted EVERY TIME. How hard is it to read a ticket and make a sandwich? Read more

Sent my aunt to pick up my online order and the employee was rude and acting like she didn't want to be there. Her name was... Megan. Gave my aunt an attitude because I didn't answer the phone when she call me to see what kind of bread I wanted. Even thothat info is on the order. 12 minutes in line. There was no line, I was it. 3 employees, no one acknowledged me and my daughter. "Hey, we'll be with you in... a moment" would've been nice. One saw us the whole time, not a word. I think will be a while before I go back. Read more
