I wasn't impressed at all with the burgers. Small in size and ordinary in flavor. The employees took a while before greeting us... and the place was empty. Sign on the door and the mobile app says they are available for Take out at the counter, I get there after placing moble app... order. Doors locked. Vehicle doesn't fit in drive through. Have to get someone else to go through drive up to pick up my order.Then Once I get it I say light sauce on the tacos because because they are usually drowning in sauce and they literally putlike 3 drops on it, Burger was overcooked. Jack in the box wasn't as great as in the past. Inside dining was closed and drive through was the only option. When waiting for... someone to take our order we waited a very long time. No one asked for our order so we assumed the microphone or speaker wasalso not working. Until we arrived at the pickup window..... Not sure what happened there.... I ordered the cluck sandwich andwas surprised that it was chicken and sauce. Not one pickle on the sandwich as advertised. The chicken was good but I ordered itbased on the chicken and dill pickle combo. As the restaurant itself was drive through only, it was not worth driving throughagain to have them fix the order. This place is soooo good. People there are so nice. The prices could be better but it's not the employees fault. It was super... busy when we went there but they were still very nice. The guy and the girl at the drive thru were amazing. I liked the girls' lollipop and the other girls' dinosaur earrings. It was a good experience. The food was delicious and hot too. First time in a Jack in the Box. Stopped for quick breakfast. Young lady taking orders was very efficient and very... friendly. Food was hot and good portions. Would have easily been 5 stars but cleanliness of floors, tables and washroom wassadly lacking. Read more
Coming from Canada I wanted to try the sourdough jack with curly fries and pop combo. I wasn't expecting to pay $15 USD ($20... CAD). Granted it was delicious but way too pricey for what it is. Read more
I?ll visit this Jack in the box every time I crossed the border from Canada. This is the closest shop to Canada and there are... Tesla Superchargers just outside the shop. I wish Jack in the box can open in Vancouver so I don?t need to travel all the way (Since this is by far the best fast food restaurant in U.S ). P.S. the staff is really nice ( Especially Ryan! Checked my order before I drove off and they gave me one wrong order and completely left out two fries from combo meals. Told us... our order was complete when we knew we were missing one more. Food was sloppy when got to eating it and the teriyaki bowl wassuper hot. Had to repeat myself multiple time on the drive through intercom. Read more
