Being someone who loves to try all types, shapes and sizes of pizzas, I can say I really loved what this place has done with... there pie. The toppings were fresh and very tasty, the cheese was perfect and I even got the Jalapeño Popper Pizza and GOODLORD was that cream cheese good. Just got Sahara pizza for the first time and I can say I?m pleasantly surprised by the great quality. Ingredients all taste very... fresh and the quality of their pizza shows. I live for the pepperoni popper pizza..it?s my new fave! I?ve gotten carry out and delivery. When delivered it was still hot and... delicious. Personally I prefer light sauced pizza, although their red sauce is one of the better ones I?ve had, I go light onthe sauce when ordering their pepperoni pizza. Exceptionally friendly staff and owner. Pizza is solid for the style that it is. Crust is crunchy and chewy. Sauce is fresh and... tangy without being over seasoned. As someone who used to own pizza restaurants I can always tell when they are doing it right. It's all in the dough. It takes at... least 3 days for pizza dough to properly rise and allow the yeast to do its job, that's what brings out the flavor and forwhatever reason most places don't take the time to make their dough that far in advance. I just had a Sahara Pizza and it wasperfect! The dough was awesome, the bottom had a nice crisp bite, and the crust was toasted on the outside and fluffy and lighton the inside. There was something about the sweetness, I couldn't quite pinpoint how they brought such sweetness out of thedough, but the true test, My Autistic daughter ate the whole slice, crust and all!!!, you can't be more of a finicky eater thenher and she absolutely loved the bread sticks. I'm glad there's now a pizza place here in Blaine that truly knows how to make apizza, perfect dough, tasty sauce, and abundant toppings. Read more
