It was a horrible experience going there... Waited over 45 minutes if not more to get our food. The garbages were overflowing... EVERYWHERE, people were playing Jenga to try to fit there's on top without making everything fall.. It's a freaking fastfood.... FAST. Never stepping got there again!. Read more

Officially the worst experience I had in a restaurant. We were only 4 cars in the drive thru and it took exactly 45 minutes to... get my food. On top of that, they gave me the wrong order, i overpaid for what I got. On top of all that, it took 45minutes ofwait and the food was cold and hard. I was alreay at home so i wouldn't go back there to ask them to fix this..... overall a BIG0 star, discusting! Never again Read more
Not so happy the staff can't speak English. Good thing there is machine for self service.. There is a staff who was cleaning and... very nice to us and I really appreciate that. He said our orders went through even the machine did not print receipt for us.It's a very busy location. Washroom is clean. Lots of parking. Close to many stores and grocery. Read more
Their employees don't care about the customers. Food is always burned, overcooked or plain disgusting, they never stir your... coffee, always bad experiences. Do not recomend to anyone even my worst ennemy. Read more
Rating based on the fact that this is McDonald's and a fast food restaurant and food is loosing its appeal. I've been encouraged... to use the app, but waiting in their numbered parking spots can cost you 10 minutes more than the drive through. This timewaited even longer, so had to run jnside as my order was still not brought to me after 20 mins. Most of my recent issues withthis location is mostly related to the application and staff trying to manage the application and the service related to it.From payment issues to order issues. Hope this gets better as it's their main loyalty program in place. Read more
