I travel the state of Nebraska, Iowa, and Central Missouri and this is one of the best-run Casey's I visit. On my travels, I... usually try to stop at Casey's because I like their fountain Dt. Coke, pizza, and Casey's points (app). This store is clean andalways has food in the warmer. The cups, straws, and lids are always full. For the most part... it's the same 3 or 4 ladiesworking. They are very attentive when you walk in the door... almost guaranteed you are met with a greeting. I can tell themanager has high standards because the staff is always busy working and the store is in order. If Casey's management readsthis... you need to figure out how this store does it and have other stores model it because they have the perfect systemfigured out. Read more

My husband and I were in there this morning picking up some donuts before church. we grabbed a dozen which did include 2 apple... fritters. When we went to check out we told the lady we had a dozen but come to find out fritters do not count in as a dozenwith other dounts so the cashier went to ring them all up individually. I told her I would grab 2 more donuts so we could countthe box as a dozen and than add in the 2 fritters, with a poor attitude the cashier Joan said fine ill just void the order andgave a us a dirty look. At that point I went back and grabbed 2 more donuts and got back in line to check out. At this point shedidn't say a single word to us. The lady in the back cooking pizzs was 100% more friendly and acknowledged us and was supertalkative. I would say put her upfront and Joan in the back as she DOES NOT have customer service skills. ill also mention whenwe went walk out my husband said hope you have a good day and her remark back to us was "yep" I was not happy with her attitudetowards us and she was very unpleasant. Sadly when we bought this up to others they had said the same thing about Joan and thatshe is not a friendly individual. We will not back anytime soon due to this poor customer service. Read more

The cashiers know me as a regular and are kind and friendly. The pizzas are bomb and they also seem to have whatever I need in... stock within the fridges. Read more

I purchased a pizza online, and when I went to pick it up, the guy making the pizza named Tom, was cussing and slamming things... around the kitchen, and cussed at me and said, "I don't understand why you f-ing people don't make your own food." - Not tomentioned he got my order wrong. Guy was a total disaster, no wonder he's working at Casey's in his 40's, what a loser. Read more

The other Casey's in town is flat-out rude, so we come here. And as hard as it is to believe, their pizza is really, really... good. We especially appreciate their gluten-free crust. Blair is a nice, leisurely drive to get a way a bit from the hubbub ofOmaha, and picking up a pizza is a favorite treat. Read more

Casey's has always been a good stop when I need drinks, snacks, general food, and restroom services. Recently, I discovered... their pizza. Their tagline is "famous for pizza", but I never believed it. As it so happened, I was driving in a rural area andwanted something to eat. I decided to have a pizza and did not regret it. Flavorful, lots of toppings, and just the perfectsize. I am a fan of their pizzas now, so anytime I need a bite to eat, I'll choose Casey's if they are near. Read more
