terrible service. never able to place an order through the phone, and the only reason i have to do it that way is because my... card(s) don?t work through the app. their app is terrible. i was put on hold and pretty sure i was forgotten about. had to placemy order cash, and they still forgot my kickin ranch, that i paid for. Delivery fee is $5.50 and the delivery driver doesn't get any of it. Treat your drivers better.

As an delivery drive at Jimmy Johns I don't appreciate 6.00 dollar delivery fee even though we only keep 2 dollars of the... delivery max. The delivery fee makes the customers think we keep all the money. most of the customers are nice. When it's 8:30or later it's rude to the employees because we have to reclean everything and takes us ten more minutes to close. My co-worksare great and the bosses are chill but get things done quick. Read more

At noon on November 30th I ordered 2 Little John Turkey Toms. Very disappointed that I wasted money and calories on a Turkey... sandwich that didn?t have any Turkey in it and the bread was so hard you couldn?t bite it and chewing was most difficult. My first and last time at this Jimmy John's due to pathetic customer service from Eva....she was rude the entire time and must... hate her job and was taking it out on me. Next time I will go to either Irvington or a location in Omaha where they arefriendly! Read more

I ordered jimmy johns tonight around 735 ish. I received a phone call around 745, it was the manager Katie, telling me she was... so sorry for the delay and for it taking so long due to them getting a ton of orders at one time. She told me I would be gettinga free sub card when they delivered my food! I was so impressed with this kind gesture due to the fact that it hadn't even beenthat long! So once she called me I figured it would be awhile before I got my food, but sure enough it showed up probably 10minutes after that!! And not only did I get a free sub card- but they also gave me free pickles(my daughter was VERY excitedabout that) great customer service! Delivery guy was very apologetic in which I told him it was perfectly okay!! Great work fromKatie and her team at jimmy Johns! Very impressed! Read more
