Didn't answer the lane, but did for the card next to me. I had a mobile order, so had already paid. Window person was totally... incensed I drove around. I asked for light ice, she said too bad, it says no ice, wouldn't change it. I'm glad the secondwindow would. I don't know where the manager is but they need to get a handle on their staff.
