My wife ordered a green tea with no ice because she has sensitive teeth, and they only filled the cup just above half. When we... had asked if they normally top it off they said only with ice. Therefore, we were paying for a medium drink only to be halffull. We have ordered from other Scooters all over Omaha and never had this issue. Very disappointed. Always have a good experience here except today. The lady who helped me couldn't comprehend the increments I wanted my gift... cards loaded as and ended up not doing it correctly. I checked them when I got home and I ended up with too much on one card andan empty card that was obviously already used by someone else because it was dirty and had writing on it, I had assumed she didit right when I left the store, and didn't look at them until I got home to wrap them up as gifts. Go to scooters every day and have for the last 8 years. This location seems to be the only one that I?ve been to that is all... over the place. They all have the same menus and recipes so all drinks should take the same with all locations. Today annoyedme. My carmelicious takes watered down, no extra shot and definitely not sweet like normal. Also my cinnamon roll frosting isnot made correctly. It?s crystallized sugar not the white amazing frosting I love. Please do better. Almost worth driving the 10min to Fremont instead of wasting my money here and always having an issue Read more
