Whoever made my food this morning and labeled the items has redeemed this location a star. Tonight I got three items. One was... cold fries and missing cheese sauce, one had hardly any filling and the other had spicy sauce on it that I requested it nothave. I can only assume the employees are high or just revolting because their pay is poor. Read more
Haven't eaten here in months but thought I'd give it another shot... Was the only car in the drive thru. Ordered a breakfast... burrito. Was asked sausage, bacon, or steak- I picked sausage. Then asked if I preferred hash browns or cinnabon bites- chosethe bites. Lastly told her diet Pepsi. Get to the window and pay- I'm handed my bag and she's gone quickly. So I awkwardly waitto explain I still need my drink. Even though I'm still the only one in the drive thru it takes a bit to get her to come back. Igrab my drink and head out... I mistakingly didn't look in my bag or I would have noticed the hash browns instead of the dessertbites. I think "Oh Well you don't need dessert in the morning anyway so I'll enjoy the hash browns anyway". Then I bite into myburrito- it's bacon instead of the sausage I ordered. Take a swig of my soda and it's regular instead of diet. So long storyshort... 3 items in the order... All 3 wrong during a bit busy time. I didn't have time to go back nor is it life and death. Butgetting at least close to what you order shouldn't be too big of issue. Will I be back? Sure... Several months down the roadI'll probably forget this experience or be desperately hangry that I'll risk it again. Read more
I came thru the drive thru just after 4pm. Ordered a double steak grilled cheese burrito, a large cherry freeze and a med mango... freeze. I got a screwed up order. And a supervisor telling the drive thru person that the freeze only came in one size( butthere were two different prices). And the ticket said I had four items in my order. NEVER use the Blair restaurant for anythingexcept for the public restroom!!! Read more
3 times this has happened ordering here, this time a burrito Supreme, was crushed to the point the ingredients were falling out... and a complete mess, ripped in 2 seprate spots and the tortilla was hard and tasted stale. every single worker at this storeneeds to be retrained how to properly layer, and wrap the products they sell. Absolute shame. No care for the customer when theydo this. Don't think i will return to this store anymore. Would rather drive to Missouri Valley for taco John's. DO NOTRECOMMEND THIS STORE to anyone. Read more

No good. I had to wait for 30 mins. When I got my foot it suck. My taco fall apart. I order an extra burrito and I made sure I... ask the lady at the window to make sure it was in the bag she told me it was, and guess what she lie it was not their. I got towork and know food for myself. Read more
What I ordered was good but what my boyfriend ordered, not so much. He would not even touch his food. It was messy inside the... bag and messy when he opened the wrapper. My tortilla was cracking throughout and I was getting beans and meat all over my hands:( Read more
Every time I have ordered whether online or at the drive thru, every order has been totally wrong. The only way to know is once... bitten into. Either we are home and all sitting down to eat, or we are down the road and really can't turn back. This is thelevel of customer service that is considered good by this store? Horrid.
