Not super thrilled. I lost an expensive earing while there from out of town with a group of friends. I contacted the owner and... asked her to mail it to me and stated I would pay the shipping. She refused, so I had to drive from Eau Claire to get it. Notgreat customer service. Read more

I have not been to the winery yet but we did win a beautiful basket that was donated by Tenba Ridge Winery to the Josh Anderson... Memorial. There were 2 wines in the basket along with 2 wine glasses. We drank the apple wine at Thanksgiving. It was fantastic! We had the mixed berry wine for Christmas and it was even better than the apple wine. After hearing our families talk of howgreat your winery is, we can?t wait to come and visit you next summer. Wines are great. All of the country wines are apple based. For me personally they give me a little heartburn but that's... personal. Love the staff. Love the service. Love the views. You can come with your own snacks and water if you'd like. Wines arereasonable from a price perspective. Read more
Me and my girlfriend came here on Saturday 10/29 on a date and it was was our first time here or at any winery. Although the... building and surroundings were amazing, The service was far from it. We came there interested and intrigued by the idea and weretreated horribly, between being rushed to order an expensive pizza that's just a Roma walmart pizza in disguise, to beingheckled for not knowing different types of wine. Drove an hour and half up there for such a disappointment, we will never bereturning. Thanks for ruining a first time experience Tenba. Read more
