Terrible service , staffs are so rude , ordered honey dips Tim bits , got something totally different, turn around went back ,... told us they run out of honey dip , but when we place the order, she told us they don?t have old fashion, only honey dips ?Instead of telling me they run out of honey dips too , they randomly give us something ? Good cappuccino, ok BLT. Inside tables and bathroom could of been cleaner. Staff not very polite, but who can blame them.
Staff were friendly and our order was correct. But the on-going high-pitched bell dinging (from the drive-thru maybe?) was so... irritating we chose to eat in our car. Many reviews report lots of mistakes on orders at this location?Maybe the dinging ismaking the staff get the orders wrong because they can?t hear themselves think! Read more

After ordering a crispy chicken wrap from here. It was really cold and was not grilled. When I went back into the drive through... again they started arguing with me instead of trying to fix the situation. Really careless staff. No sense of responsibility orcustomer service. Read more
