Waited in line a good 20-25 mins, and when I finally got my food, it was cold. Don?t recommend going to this location.

It's a drive thru. It was Sunday after church so a bit of a wait. No inside service, at least not today. The wraps were... delicious and fresh tasting. We'll go back. Read more

Food is good as usual.But service is SUPER SUPER SLOW! 20 minutes in drive through and they were not busy. No one was eating... inside at all and 6 cars total in line. Then we had to pull up and wait for our pies. Obviously they have no staff. Read more

Food was good but the service was very bad. I waited for 22 minutes for my food after I ordered. I was late getting back to... work. They were to busy worrying about drive Thur and totally ignoring the people in the dining room. Read more

Unfriendly manager. Not helpful at all we had car trouble in the line. The dining room was closed. We ask for water for the... radiator and he gave us a medium cup of water would not fill our jug and was very rude about it! We will never go back!! Maybehe doesn't know that down south we have this thing called Southern Hospitality. He needs lessons in it apparently. Lost ourbusiness!! Read more

What a disappointment. They close at 6, which isn't terrible but rather inconvenient. So, I ordered online for a 5:30 pick up... hoping this would facilitate speedy and convenient service... The lobby was closed so I had to sit in line at the drive thru(which was wrapped around the building) for almost 20 minutes. When my turn arrived I was asked to hold which took another 5minutes. Then I was greeted and promptly informed that they were out of roast beef. What!?! How can they run out of their mainentree component? I thought "Man, am I glad I placed an order online which should have already been prepared and waiting for me!It's probably cold but at least I'll get my order" I informed the employee of my online order and gave my name. Then, ithappened. I was told that the order was not complete due to the meat shortage issue. My options were: pick different sandwichesto replace the ones I requested or cancel the order. I instructed the employee to cancel my order. I was then told that theycould not cancel the order, I had to but I was looking at my order confirmation online and the email. There was not an option tocancel and my card had already been charged. I was not about to give them my money without something to show for it. So I pickedtwo replacement sandwiches (Brisket and Ruben). I then had to wait for the order to be completed. When I arrived home, less than5 minutes after receiving my order, everything was cold. The brisket was more than half fat, not cut against the grain, andthere were only a few lousy slices. The Ruben had so little meat that we removed one slice of bread, folded over the remainingslice, and cut the now half sandwich in half to essentially give each of us a quarter. The whole experience was disappointing.I gave two stars because while the employee didn't really act as if she cared, she wasn't rude. Just indifferent with somewhatof a smile. Read more

The food would be great if I received my full order. Once again I was only given part of my order. I?m tired of paying for an... entire meal and not getting it. They literally left out an entire sandwich. How do you leave out the actual meal ordered butgive me the side? Read more

Better than average for an Arby's. Get.your receipt, cash register was slow and I ended up paying for an order that wasn't mine.... They took care of it pretty quickly. Service was friendly and courteous. Read more
