Our drinks were fantastic. I know things happen. At this time in history, we are experiencing shipping issues. They only had... small and extra large hot cups, so I had to get a cold drink on a very cold morning. The lobby was extremely dirty and eventhough that might have been staffing issues. Went in on 10/11/22 at 10:20am. Walked inside to order. Was not greeted and waited several minutes to be waited on. Finally had... to ask someone to wait on me and my husband. They had four employees on duty. The lobby was dirty as well. Food on the floortables with old food stuck on them and even saw icing on the walls next to table. Horrible experience and during my food wait anemployee off duty runs into the place places her coffees on the counter and complains about her order too. Then goes behind thecounter and makes them herself. Another customer comes in as well and waits with no greeting just like we had been treated. Toldher she will need to ask to be waited on. She was not impressed either. Also the off duty staff employee also waited on theother customer who was waiting. None of the 4 on duty employees waited on her. This shop needs to get it together. They need tostep it up. If I was the manager I would have been very disappointed and upset at how this staff was running my shop. There wascups of I don?t know what all over the place as well. I have notice people want to be paid well but don?t want to service thecustomers or do the job. Poor very poor customer service. Oh yes, and the coffees we got tasted the worst I have had there. First and last for me. From service to the food to the coffee - terrible. After waiting 15 minutes behind 5 cars, I ordered a... sausage egg and cheese croissant. Worst tasting sandwich I?ve ever had. Also ordered 4 donuts and get to the window and thegirl tells me they?re out of glazed donuts and I should pick 2 others. Told her I didn?t want another kind and please take offbill. She said I wasn?t charged for them. Why didn?t she just tell me this when I was placing the order? Well its a fairly new dunkin location and they never have any selection or quantity of donuts. My family loves fresh donuts. The... old dunkin commercial where the guy says its time to make the donuts doesnt apply any more. Ive been to this store many timeshoping they would improve but once again 11 plus dollars and very very very limited selection and availability only to find nofilling in several bavarian filled. I was never so disappointed in this location until this morning. I used the mobile app to order my food. Gave them at least 20... minutes to get my food ready. When I arrived they said they will make it now. Waited for at least 10 minutes. Then when I didfinally get my egg bites, they were ice cold. Not going back for a long while. Read more
I've been coming to this location since they opened and have never been displeased till today. I was so excited to try the new... cake batter latte and after I paid and received my drink I asked where the whip cream, sprinkles and chocolate was and she keptarguing with me about how I ordered it . apparently if you don't say "signature" you don't get the topping but yet it doesn'tstate any of that on the menu and only shows a picture with the toppings on it . needless to say I will just start going to themurphy location. this is the worst Dunkin Donuts on the face of creation their customer experience is HORRIBLE they are the worst at treating... people respectfully. It?s always a problem. They never have their act together. This location experiences more problems than anyother I?ve visited.
