I was sent to work here 2 weeks ago and I will say it was so unsanitary it made my skin crawl!!! Nothing from night shift had... been cleaned(sanitized) food stuck on the prep tables hadnt been cleaned off in a long while. The sandwich station refrigeratorDOES NOT work but it?s still used to prep sandwiches old Mayo was dried and molded on it. The women's restroom trash wascompacted in the trash can and paper towels and toilet paper everywhere. Feces on the toilet bowl(ring inside) it had blackspecs of mold around it. Never very fast. Every time we go (every couple months) we are constantly reminded why we don?t go often. Just like today I have... gotten my order incorrect once again even after asking 3 times if certain items were in the bag and were not. Even after theyhad to substitute the mild for the spicy and asked if that was ok and still did not put in the bag.The last time the chicken wasnot cooked all the way and was slimy and had to throw away. All this would be easily fixed by hiring some competent people whoactually care to do their job correctly. They are slow enough that the orders should be complete and accurate. The food is tasty but today I was shorted 2 pieces of chicken on my 8 piece family dinner. I called and they were apologetic and... said they put my on the list. I get that there is a staff shortage but I am very angry at the way the staff were at this Popeyes. They didn't let us know to... hold on for a moment or anything. We sat thinking something was wrong in the drive through for 10 minutes with no one in line.When we said hello, they came in and said your gonna have to hold on, there's only 2 of us here. So we said ok. All we orderedwas a dozen binets.. they told us to pull forward and they'd bring them out. Finally when they did come, the girl smirked as shehanded them. We drove off but after a few minutes, I looked and there was a half a bag of powdered sugar dumped on the binets!And they were not cooked properly. Obviously on purpose. Read more
Happy to see Popeyes is open for Dine-In Service. Service was good and quick. Good coupon deals and they give a $1.00 Military... Discount. Only issue is that they had no green beans and no non bean rice. Read more
