How long does it take to make a freaking taco... this place is so slow that they park EVERY drivethru customer. Takes them 15... minutes and a drink refill to make 3 soft tacos and a KFC bowl... this is the ONLY tacobell I've ever been to that is thisslow!!! I have given them multiple tries at decent timely service and it just doesn't get any better no matter what time of day! Read more

I just left this location, I?m a college student at young Harris and the man working the drive thru today was amazing! Not only... did he do a kind act for myself and my partner today but it meant a little extra to me on today of all days. Recently my walletwas stolen and I have had a lot on my mind today, I?m also 12.5 weeks pregnant and am having a rough day with headaches andnausea, his act of kindness was a reminder of the good people left in the world and a little bit of a pick-me-up. This location is the worst KFC/Taco Bell location in the entire Yum Brands organization. The management of this location is... horrific and has been for many years prior to the Covid-19 pandemic. So the current economic/employment climate is not anexcuse. The food is highly inconsistent and very low in quality. The employees try their best although it seems management isalways setting them up to fail with poor training and support. Wait times have got to be the worst in the fast food industry(which makes one question if you can call it "FAST FOOD")and it doesn't matter if your talking drive thru or walk-in. I havebeen trying to give this location tens if not a hundred tries over the years to redeem itself yet it's always the same result. I've finally had enough. I recommend no one ever consider this location for anything other than a landmark for directionsperiod. Read more

I have a problem with a business that opens their doors and does not lock it and there?s not put up a sign that says dining room... closed. You go into the restaurant and the person tells you we can?t serve you because the dining room is closed. COVID?s over!McDonald?s And Burger King are open in their dining rooms. The managers of these places are only following the rules of theirbosses. I choose not to spend my money in a place that does not treat customers right. This place needs to lock your doors andput up a sign that tells the customer to use the drive-through. This Taco Bell/KFC takes a liberal interpretation of the "fast" in "fast food." I've been to this location a few dozen times but... have held back a review for sometime as I wanted to give them a fair go. Having gone in today, however, I can remain silent nolonger. In the interest of brevity: - Severely understaffed - I sincerely sympathize with the staff here, they are short agood 2-3 people to properly operate this location - From the time to order to food being ready, was 30 minutes - Fountain drinkmachine had no carbonation whatsoever - when the staff was informed by multiple customers, no action was taken - likely becauseof understaffing - Inside was dirty - every table had some remnants of food or trash from previous guests and there were fliesin the dining area - likely because the staff is overworked an unable to prepare orders and clean - Orders/staff were completelydisorganized - they took our name, however after the 30 minutes of waiting, our food was blindly given to another patron (whohad ordered after us) and when asked whether that was in-fact the other patron's order, the cashier replied hesitantly "yes."Fortunately the other patron recognized it was not their order and handed it back to us As much as I love a good Taco Bellbinge, sadly I think I'll be avoiding this franchise for the foreseeable future.
