The literal worst salad I?ve ever had from a zaxbys. My lettuce was dark green and slimy? this was after most of the bad lettuce... was picked out. I asked for them to remake it and the second salad was just as bad. They offered a card for a free meal at thatlocation. We are from out of town and they said they do not offer refunds so I left hungry, and lost my money. Disappointing. Read more

Not the best Sunday crew. All around, this stop was pretty trash. Ordered, and got to the window, they handed me four drinks one... by one and didn't offer a drink carrier. Then gave me my food and smiled and slammed the window shut and didn't look back to seeif I needed anything at all. Drive the 2 minutes home, and there's like 6 fries per box, plain sandwiches with none of thesauces I asked for, and mildly warm food. Read more

Normally like Zaxbys but this location wasn't quite as good as some others. Chicken fingers were dry- almost like they were... left in the fryer too long. Customer service was average...nothing above or beyond about it. Left feeling kind of blah aboutthe whole dining experience there. Read more

Was up here for a small spontaneous vacation to get away from Atlanta. Decided to choose zaxbys for our snacks for super bowl.... Got a 30 piece boneless wings family pak . 10 of the wings didn?t come tossed with any sauce. the fries looked like someone hadstomped on them and had white hair all over them. They even upcharged us for extra dipping sauce then gave us 0 sauces or extrasauces. I guess the bread was good ???????????. We usually come up here 3-4 a year but I think we will find a new local wingplace for us when we visit. Read more

I will admit, I?ve had a couple rough experiences here. It?s extremely common for them to skip the seasoning for the fries, is... there a reason? I don?t know. Drink orders regularly come out wrong and the chicken came out burnt for me once. However, everyother time I?ve come here has been great. (I really don?t care about the seasoning though. Waited over 20 minutes to order our food through the drive through. Took half an hour total after getting food and we get... this Fries have ZERO seasoning and some weren't completely cooked Husband's chicken sandwich had a really small piece ofchicken My kid's chicken tender meal also had a half piece of chicken and zero seasoning on fries My cherry coke didn't tastelike cherry Horrible experience. ALWAYS check your order before leaving this location!! Rarely do we get our order done correctly- wrong drinks, plain fries,... unmelted oversalted grilled cheese, missing items.... These pics do NOT do this review justice!! The food looks darker than whatit actually is. This is the 3rd time we have ordered Wings and Things and recieved wings like this. The chicken is just cooked,but the skin is still loose and flimsy like the skin on your arm. The sauce barely stays on the skin. I wiped these with myfinger, but left one to show how lightly they are sauced. I called the store and was told to order our wings extra crispy. Idon't want extra crispy- just cook them right. I'm currently waiting on the DM who is at the location now to call me back. Thefries are always flimsy!
