To limited of a menu, No supreme sandwich!!!!! Ordered a meat lovers pan pizza and had to finish cooking it at home. Both... Indiana and blairsville have gone down hill over the past few years. I feel it's has more to do with the guy that runs them thenanything else. So disappointed. Read more
I would rate this place zero stars if given the chance just for the pure fact of how a certain so call ?manager? treated my... husband and I. We were given the boneless wings instead of the bone-in wings by mistake. Upon calling to let them know what wereceived was not what we ordered, we were told ?The order was rang in as bone in wings so you can?t have the bone in wings.? Weproceeded to tell the female crew member that it must have been a hearing mistake because we have never ordered boneless wingsand we order from them quite often. The woman put her manager on the phone. The manager proceeded to argue and say that therewas a price difference so we couldn?t switch out the wings unless we wanted to pay. She was extremely rude and highlyunprofessional. I work in a restaurant myself so I explained to her when working in the food industry, the customer is alwaysright and you should do everything you can to make sure your customers are satisfied and will return in doing so. If I treatedone of my customers as disrespectfully as I was treated today, I would no longer be employed. A simple communication error thatcould have been easily been solved turned into an argument and ended with the ?manager? hanging up on me. I never had an issuebefore this, but I will not being coming back to this place ever again. I will continue to call corporate everyday until I reachsomeone. Actions have consequences. Read more
Was happy with the food and service here. Service was fast and friendly. My wife and I had differing opinions on everything... coming out in to go boxes, when we were eating in. I liked that we could just go with the leftovers and she expected everythingto come out as it does at every other eat in place. I feel this pizza was the greasy crust that is expected for a deep dishpizza. Definitely a good alternative to the standard fast food chains. Definitely miss the salad bar. Read more

I placed a 50$ order on a Sunday for a get together with some friends. I traveled 20 minutes each way to reach there. I... ordered 2 pizzas with pepperoni, bread sticks and a double order of boneless wings. When i got home one of the pizzas was only acheese pizza. I called the manager the next morning and she was polite and said she would send me out a gift certificate. Iwas ok with that . Well i received the gift certificate of 2$ off next order. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Probably the price of thepepperoni topping. I do not expect anything for free but i do believe you treat your customers right. It probably took 5dollars worth of gas to get there and back. Needless to say i will not be ordering from there again or spending 5 dollars to getthere to spend the 2 $ gift voucher.
