EDIT: I said it before, I'll say it again....This Pizza Hut is the JAM! 100%! Hands down! This is the 5th time we have gotten... GREAT and LOADED pizzas from here. Awesome! The Pizza Hut is Blanchard did us AWESOME tonight! We had a minor issue before withanother order, but they (the manager) made it up to us and stood by their word 100%. Every time I have ordered from the Blanchard Pizza Hut, my order is correct, the food is delivered quickly, and you can tell... that the employees take pride in their work because the food is not just a thrown together mess like you get from most places. It took 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge we were in the drive through even though people were walking by constantly. After... they took our money they didn't come back for 10 more minutes and someone new asked if we had been helped. They told us to pullaround and they would bring it right out. 20 minutes later my husband went in to inquire about our pizza. The staff includingthe manager was rude and walked away when he tried to ask about our pizza.after 10 more minutes they finally brought our pizzawith no apology. Seems like the pizza here tastes better when you carry out....Ms. Shirley was so wonderful and the manager, Jennifer was as nice... as to be expected I guess when you deal with people and BS all day lol....other than that the pizza was the best I'd had fromthis place and first time picking it up myself....I would eat here again Read more
I do not know what it is about the night shift. The pizza is horrible! I received a credit for my order and got my order remade... still the same quality. I just trashed it and went to Johnny?s. The need to make some changes quick. Not to take away from dayshift but night shift makes it bad for both! Pizza is dry and burnt! Read more
