After being placed on hold for 20 minutes, finally arrived to place my order at the window instead. I was still on hold and the... place was not crowded. I placed my order and was told about 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I got the worst cheese burger andfrito chili pie I ever had for $20. Fritos were stale and the look of the dry looking chili was not appetizing. The tastematched the appearance. Tator tots tasted like the oil had not been changed in weeks. I have tried this place several timesover the years and each time disappointed. The place is filthy and the service TERRIBLE. I wouldn't go back even if free. Absolutely terrible service and food. Walked in, sat down and no one greeted us for 10 minutes. We waited an hour after we... ordered, our food still wasn?t out. We asked where our food was, they immediately bring it out, and it?s cold. All of it. Bothburgers, chicken fried chicken, pancakes, all of it, cold. There were families who came in after us that were greeted and servedand ate before we even got our food. None of us ate our food, so I told the waitress we were not paying for our food, she saidthere was nothing she could do because she?s ?just a waitress?. The cook said we have to pay for our food. I told them I am notpaying for it. She called the manager, who said to give us a discount, they only discounted us maybe $4. Still had to pay $32for meals we didn?t even eat. Absolutely ridiculous.
