Decent but always super slow mostly teenagers that either don't care or are not smart enough to pick up the pace

Great Salad bar. I had pizza it was great and I love the creamy Italian Salad dressing.

Really liked the lunch buffet wish they had more dinner buffet nights

Recommendation: Drive into Newcastle and eat at Luigi's if you're out this way and want Italian food. If the world is ending and... this is the last place that has food, eat your own leg. It has been sometime since I ate here, my first and last time. When Iwalked in there was only one other group in the store and they were already eating. I ordered a chicken alfredo to go, 40minutes later my food had not come out. I went to the counter and asked the same girl I ordered with how much longer it wouldbe. Keep in mind, nobody had come it after I walked in. She asked what I ordered then went back to check on it. A few minuteslater the come out and said "They are just starting on it now, so it should be 20-30 minutes." Slightly irritated at this point,I sat back down to wait. When 30 minutes passed I went back to retrieve it. "It is just coming out now, a couple more minutes."At this point I was curious, I sat in sight of the counter to see if they would call it out. Their food is amazing great! We like to go Tuesday nights for the buffet. Always fresh and yummy tasting pizza, salad, pastas,... and desert. Tuesday night buffet is from 5pm-8pm. $7.99 for adults and $4.99 for children 2+. Read more

Not good at all. It was my first time there. I got there about 5:30 there was no one else in the restaurant. I ordered a small... pepperoni and mushroom pizza. I waited and waited and waited. Then a bunch of kids came in. Which is fine. Got really loudthough and they were running by my table so I moved. Was there for 50 minutes and finally I checked on my pizza a couple minuteslater they brought it to me but it was cold. So I just asked for a refund. Read more
