Called to order a pizza. I guess my call was routed to a call center, who knows where it?s located. The Indian accent on the... operator was so thick I couldn?t communicate with him. Look if you?re not employing and using locals regardless of who they are,I don?t wanna do business with you. And I?m certainly not going to go through the frustration of having to ask you to repeatwhat you say a dozen times because you?re incapable of communicating clearly in English. Wow. Ordered online said it will be 14-24 mins until ready, arrived 30 mins after order was placed was told in the drive through... it was not ready yet, waited and was asked to pull around since others were waiting. Got back up to the window and was told theymade one of the pizzas wrong and was going to remake, once j finally got my order out could definitely tell which one they hadto remake, super sloppy and rushed. I want to start this review with stating that I'm not one to complain and I usually just put up with what I'm served, but I've... had it with this place. It's the only fast-food I like in town and I get it 2-3 a month for the last year, sometimes more. TheyCONSTANTLY FORGET THE DRINKS. I don't keep drinks in my house other than water cause I'm boring so when I get pizza delivered Iorder a 2 liter with it. I'd say out of my last 10 orders they've left off 6 of them and it's really irritating because it takesthem 2 hours to bring you them afterwards!! It's ridiculous. We ordered a pizza online and waited about 15 minutes before I left the house to go pick it up. It was about 20-25 minutes... before I got to the store to get the pizza. When I got there I went through the drive thru and the guy at the window asked mefor the name so I told him and said that there was not a order for that name. I gave him the name again and he said he found theorder, he then told me that it would be ready in 5 minutes so I circled back around the line. When I got up there it was adifferent window person. She asked me for the name so I told her and she said there was no order for that name. So we went backand forth a couple times trying to get the name right. We couldn?t find anything out so I ended up going inside and sorting itout. We found the name finally then she told me it would be 15-20 minutes after I was told 15 minutes before hand it would beready in 5. So I waited 20 minutes in my truck and went inside to get the pizza and she told me it would be another 5-10 minutesbecause they were just now starting to cook it. So after I received my pizza an hour after I have arrived she tried to fix itwith ?extra garlic?. It took me an hour to get one cheese pizza. Placed an order for delivery 3 hours ago. Still no delivery and they said they wrote my number down wrong. I called 3... different times for updates. Each time it was on its way. Have friends over with kids asking about pizza. They said I cancome pick it up. Said they text their manager and only could offer us picking it up. No other offer for another time. Being from Lawton, we were excited when Papa John?s came to Blanchard. It is familiar food from home that we don?t have to drive... 30 minutes for. First time we ordered, we had it delivered. I was worried there would be an issue as we live in a gatedcommunity, however, the deliver came in about 30 minutes. The pizza was hot, tasted wonderful and the driver was incrediblyfriendly despite him being soaked from head to toe due to the heavy downpour of rain that night. The second time we ordered, Iwas passing by so I stopped in for pick up. The ladies at the counter were very friendly and even gave me on pizza for free dueto the fact that I ordered a thin crust and got a hand tossed. This Papa John?s is my go to place for pizza!
