Horrible! Service/Order Equipment is the worst on the planet. They have no system of when your order arrives no matter when you... place it. The stall speakers and card readers don't work at many stalls, and don't go during happy hour or you wait aridiculous amount of time for 1 meal! Mr. General Manager your doing a terrible job here. Come here mainly on the weekend, always get an ocean water and today i took a sip of it and knew it did not taste right, turned... my entire mouth blue with one sip and just tasted like water and food coloring, this was not the first time I have encounteredthis. Ordered ahead, and when we checked our bag it was missing our onion rings. We hit the red button and were informed that they... were out of onion rings (but had charged us for them anyway). We?ve grown pretty accustomed to the ineptitude of this particular store in Blanchard Oklahoma. I just stopped eating there... altogether because you can never get your whole order correctly or they have you sitting for close to an hour. My son howeverhas taken a liking to the crispy chicken sandwich he ordered at another location that isn?t owned and operated by uselesspeople. Today when we went by and got his sandwich because we?re in a hurry to get back to school for band practice. He rushedinto eating and got a good chick of it down before noticing it was RAW!! Raw!!! Do not walk away from this place RUN as fast asyou can. I?ve attached photo eveidence with the receipt so they can?t lie and say it wasn?t them. Waited 30 minutes for 2 slushees and to be told they don't have what I ordered. Then the manager carhop proceeds to tell me "I... don't know how to refund you so..." and walked away.
