Slowest McDonald's I have ever been to and it is constantly slow. It isn't just from time to time. It is always incredibly slow.... Like 20-40+ minutes slow. Food is usually hot but it isn't worth the wait. Inside is filthy. Flies everywhere and filthybathrooms. If there was another fast food restaurant in blanchester, this location would be out of business for sure. Read more
I truly believe this is the worst McDonald's franchise in the area of blanchester, Wilmington. The food order is always wrong so... I stopped going there. I went yesterday because I had a lot to do on my farm and didn't have time to stop and cook something soI thought I'd try them one more time. Went in got a Big Mac meal there was no suggestion that there was a deal going on by oneand get another one for a dollar okay that's fine. But when I got my Big Mac it was old cold and stale I took it back themanager took it back from me with the attitude. Gave me another one when I got back to the car and been into it the bun was nottoasted and it was horrible. Why should I make a big fuss about this because I'm a chef and I'm a chef as a result at 16 workingat McDonald's becoming a manager and graduating from hamburger you college in Chicago Illinois. Not bad, fairly quick! Good customer service. Way better than Hillsboro McDonald's microwaved nuggets from night before, and... lukewarm microwaved fries. This is cooked that day. So I always wait and eat at this McDonald's!! Workers customer service isgreat! Been in customer service for 20 years. Read more
Went there to go get breakfast tis morning the whole order was messed up they offered to make the food fresh again then they... stated a argument over all this. the girl at the window deleted the order off the screen and stated she didn?t know what weordered tried to hand us the wrong drink twice there was no silverware or straws in the bag honestly I?m not going to thisMcDonald?s again I?d prefer the one in Milford where the staff is actually friendly and care about their customers then aMcDonald?s that don?t. Inside very dirty. Employees gathered at the self serve Pop/Soda machine, also sitting at tables with their legs in the isle,... making it difficult to go to the Restroom. I decided to go to the drive thru, there I waited 17 min's to order my daughter'sHappy Meal, then waited another 8 minutes to pay and receive my order, once I was done I had to wait another 7 minutes becausethe customer in ahead of me was waiting at #1 drive thru pick up parking space which is located just a few feet from the drivethru window, how ridiculous, it needs moved and placed where all the other "please wait for your order" parking spaces arelocated. I didn't get my complete order, the thought of going back inside or through the Drive thru was not worth it. This wasmy 3rd. time I visited this McDonald's and the past experiences were just about the same as this visit. Hire someone forcleaning only, your store needs it, as well as more working employees. Wow has this place went down hill, neither one of our sandwiches in our meals were even warm . Meat was cold buns were stale... fell apart after taking 1 bite unfriendly staff and we were the only ones in the store. Problem because of the flies everywhereand spider webs not just in one corner but all near the bathrooms which I won't even get in to. But I will not be taking mymother for her favorite big Mac there ever again rather drive to wilmington or Hillsboro. TOTALLY DISGUSTED WOW Read more
The drive thru was very slow we were 5 cars back and it took 20 minutes just to get to the window to pay another couple minutes... to get your food. So if you get 30 minutes for lunch you run out of time just trying to order and get your food. This place usedto be much faster. Read more
I came up with my boyfriend and my nephew to order lunch for my family. We got two regular mcdoubles, a cheeseburger meal, a... quarter pounder meal, a big Mac by itself, and two plain mcchickens, 3 apple pies and 1 pumpkin pie. We got home, and the bigMac looked like they just emptied an entire container of Mac sauce on the bun, on top of the cooks just sloppily throwing thesandwich together. The quarter pounder, after being told that IT WAS MADE TO ORDER, was ice cold...when it should have beenhot. It was a little busy when we came up...but in my experience of working in food for the past 15 years, busy service meansyou should be sending out hot fresh food consistently.
